Red for sure. It's hard to tell though. YOU are the protagonist so idk...I'd win :D

May I add to the topic, who would you think would win amongst your rivals?

A Mega Froslass would sound cool, no pun intended! xD Just as long as it's not ugly like Mega Glalie.

I've no idea which protagonist might stand a chance. Maybe Red?

Wow, Glalie is one of my favorite Pokémon yet I had no clue that it had a Mega form until now. Annnd yeah... I guess it is a bit ugly. =c

As for Hunger Games, I don't think you can even judge the protagonists. They're essentially the avatar of the player, so none of them are "almighty" unless the person playing as them is "almighty," no exceptions.

I honestly haven't been able to keep track of even half the new Megas in OR/AS. It was a bit upsetting that they refused to patch X/Y, but I guess they need to push sales somehow. =/

Yup there's a Mega Glalie!!

As for who would win, I did many PokeSpe versions so if you count them as their characters:

Lack-Two/Nate: Poisons and sets people on fire(wait that's Sven)
Green Oak: Likes explosives.... He set one off killing 4 people then it was him vs Blue and he blew her up too...
Wally: Oh gosh he turned evil he killed 8 people(the most I've seen) and won twice in a row O.o
Red: He won once lol most of the time he died early or fell out of a tree or something.
Ruby: Worse than Red, he never won even once. The first one I did the firat action was Y/Serena stabbed him. 'w'

I'd go with Wally lol. I dunno though diamond was pretty sketchy as well....
"Diamond begged Pearl to kill him, but he refused"
"Pearl begged Diamond to kill him, he relucantly agreed"
What a way to treat your friends. XD Then he kills him again!

Considering Red's terrible luck I don't doubt him dying that way often tbh. Though I wouldn't really think of them as their game counterparts at all lmao. But I like thinking of each protag from each medium different.

Rival wise for the games though I would say Silver. Definitely Silver. Green/Blue would probably be a close second though. But other than that every other rival just doesn't really have what it takes tbh. I mean maybe Cheren??? But the others are way too nice.

Then again sometimes you have to be careful with those types. Just imagine Bianca and Shauna if they were thrown into the Hunger Games.

No way Wally would win. I read somewhere that he supposedly had asthma or some other health issue. In that case he'd probably die of allergy or whatever as soon as he stepped foot in the forest? xD
Even without that, he seems like he's trying to hard, I think he'd really be the one who fell of the tree or something. :/

short analysis:

Gary: He might be able to long enough but he's too confident and would eventually get naively killed.
Blue: He is Gary plus rude and dumb, no surviving for him. He wouldnt understand how to love um...his own weapons so yeah, gone.
May: Might go really far, might even win. Her and Brendan's development was so bad I really dont know what they are like. But at least they seem independent enough to survive a long run.

Wally: Said it earlier.
4th Gen other genre: They might win. Seem confident and skillful enough.
Bianca: I just started playing this so I dont know what she'll turn out to be like by the end of White/Black, but she wouldnt really have gone too far I believe.
Cheren: Again, I just started, but, I think he'd go far. He is a bit overly confident and know-it-all, but not in a cocky dumb way so I think he could be the winner.

Not exactly a spoiler (I don't think), but Cheren goes through some pretty good character development throughout the game, and I don't think he's overconfident at all by the end of B/W and/or the entirety of B2/W2.

So yeah, I think he'd be pretty capable.
 
Game wise Silver would probably win. I mean come on. Imagine Silver/Kamon in a deadly arena full of Ethan/Gold and Rockets. 8D Yes. Die Rockets.

Most of the rivals probably wouldn't cut it but Dawn was kinda creepy. "It's great to see you're nice to your Pokemon! If you weren't..... I can't say what I'd do!" Dawn might be able to live past Silver if he doesn't poison her first. XD
I can just see Bianca falling iut of a tree and killing both her and Cheren.

Shauna in the Hunger Games? Yikes......

It's a secret strategy. Dance when cornered and confuse your opponents before either running or killing them while they're dazed. SHH

I think Silver would probably win due to being the most cunning out of the rivals though again, it's possible that even the most unlikely of people could win.

What are you talking about guys? It's obvious that Bianca would beat the lot of them! Seriously though I'd definitely agree that Silver would win, his attitude alone just proves that he is ruthless.

Silver's attitude is just like Gary's, too! But, I don't know if Gary will steal a Pokemon. :P

I still think he would have lost at the beginning. Gary and Silver and unnecessarily over-confident and that would cost them.
Silver would probably be all "What, I dont have to hide around, I can totally win this without hid..."BUMP, someone killed him from a tree
Gary on the other hand, "What? Fresh water? From a sponsor? Lol, I dont need some sponsor to give me stuff, I can do this on my own. Smell ya later! *dies of thirst 2 days later*

You see where I'm going with this? :P
