I've no opinions since I don't play the 3DS titles. It looks good from my point of view as a voyeur. /shrugs

6th Gen is great, I'm just assuming you can't afford a 3DS or something? I've heard stories of them being ridiculously expensive in certain countries... especially Argentina... really feel bad for you Archy.

71

It's quite expensive, as it goes without saying that all game consoles are. And I've kinda lost interest in the main games. So I didn't bother buying something I'm hardly gonna use lol

Guys I was watching Happy Feet Two yesterday and I couldn't stop giggling at the scene where everyone is cheering "Sven, Sven, Sven, Sven" and he says "I, Sven, promise to use my powers for goody." but especially "Is there no end to the power of Sven??" :/

Anyhow, on topic: I'll give all the Pokemon games a chance really, but I mostly like PMD and the main series. Rumble World is pretty gun but the constant need for poke-diamonds is getting annoying.

74

The only Gen IV-VI spin-offs I've played are Rumble on Wii (I think it's called Rumble? Pretty sure it was a free download) and PokePark, and I've watched my brother play the first MD game. :P I enjoyed spin-offs like Colosseum, Channel and Stadium, but my favourite was definitely Snap. Still waiting for a Snap 2 ;)

75.

Ahhh how could I forget Colloseum? My cousin and I used to play Colloseum at his house all the time, switching between that and Bad Fur Day, which tbh I sucked at. XD

76

I'm surprised that Wes, Colosseum's protagonist, gets a lot of love. Probably because he's different in that he's someone who used to be a bad guy.

77

I havent played any games outside the Nintendo DS Lite ones lol

79

Colosseum was an amazing spinoff. Loved the storyline and the characters were a fresh breath of air from the cookie-cutter NPCs in the main titles.

The GameCube titles look really good! I wish I could try 'em out for myself, but I sadly can't see that happening anytime soon... However, the Mystery Dungeon series still holds its place as my favorite thing in the entire Pokémon franchise. :D

Ehh I wanna play the GameCube games, the problem is I don't have a GameCube and probably won't get one. :/ They do sound interesting though.

Hey look guess who was bored again and used some new member's names 8D

It took like an hour to do because the page kept refreshing itself. >(

Edit: sorry, Day 2 is cut off. The last line says "Sheep bashes Blue's head in with a mace."

JATINGUPTA HOW COULD YOU

I THOUGHT WE WERE FRIENDS

wait who do we even know each other whats a jatin

#ForgiveMeDistrictFive

On topic, I really want to unearth my GameCube from whatever void it fell into to replay Colosseum. Though I'd probably re-break-in Luigi's Mansion or Thousand Year Door first.

83

Since RL mentioned Mystery Dungeon, what's everyone's take on Super Mystery Dungeon?

84

First thing to say, personality test is back. They are actually going back to basics after all the hatred that plagued Gates To Infinity. I guess with this series the developer really is reacting to fans.

85

It looks really good to me. And I'm glad they're bringing back the personality test. I did enjoy Gates to Infinity, but the lack of the personality test and the small selection of Pokes you had to choose from was disappointing, so I'm glad they fixed that.

87

The unpredictability and the idea of "hey I'm very like this Pokemon" makes the personality test more fun than simply just selecting who you are. Plus I'd be torn to decide if all the starter choices were my favourites.

88

I totally agree with you there. If it weren't because of the personality test, I would never have picked Mudkip, I'm sure. The main reason why I even like that family is because of it being my main character in Mystery Dungeon.
