NO Hoenn or Sinnoh Pokemon until after the Pokédex is completed.
No Pokédex completion by just seeing the Pokemon... I never liked this.

I really don't want to see new Pokemon and new evolutions. Primarily because they are remakes and I don't want them to replace the Pokegear. I'd also like it if they made Falkner's Gym a little bit higher in terms of level because they were horrible. His Pokemon were like Lv. 7 and 9 in G/S/C.

I don't want it to be the same as Gold and Silver but 'flashier'. There has to be new features.

Hopefully they won't remove any of the apricots or any of the special balls Kurt made in the old games. I wouldn't be against more apricots though; new balls would be awesome.

If the Pokémon are as under-leveled as they were the last time, I'm going to be very disappointed. I like my games to come with a challenge, you know?

Hoenn had better not be included; a third region to visit would be overkill.

Hm... If I can think of anything else, I'll come back.

Good luck with that not happening. Any Pokémon that is the tiniest bit unique will always find its way into Wi-Fi. That's how it works.

I don't want to see the old Kanto. It was WAY too empty. They should extend it, and add new areas, like Mt.Moon Square, and make the main region to like.. FRLG size. The Johto should be extended too. It most likely will be slightly, on most every maps, seeing as from what we've already seen in the Pokémon Sunday video in New Bark, little changes have been made to extend the map, i.e bigger gap between Gold/Kris' house and the lab, gate next to the lab, etc

So far...I don't mind too much but I'd rather not see contests - we already have some in D/P/Pt after all and I'm not the greatest of fans of them. But that's me.

I'd like to see honey Trees stay out for the Headbutt trees to stay in... also, I don't want a good number of Johto Pokemon to only be obtainable somewhere in Kanto, (such as Houndour).

I don't want to see the old box system stay either (UNLESS maybe the old duplicate cheat works still? XD). The downsized sections of Kanto as well is something I'd like to see stay out.

Another rival - no thanks you - the current, awesome one which actually has a personality is more than enough, thanks you. =P And the old levels - I wouldn't mind some more challenge to certain gyms and the such, at least.

I don't want to see butchered Kanto, I want it to be useful and more than just nostalgia. I don't want to see more than the first 250 at least until after you catch those 250.

I want to see a better reward for beating red at the end of the game and also they need to make whitneys miltank weaker its to strong and also they need it where you use the GS ball somehow like it was used in the japanese version of silver, they also dont need to change the music to much!!!
and also i wonder if they will make a sequel to pokemon xd that would communicate with these games!!!
and also in ilex forest they need to get rid of that stupid bird its aggravating!!!
and most of all it should come out here december 31 2009!!!!!

I would hate:
Red to be gone.
Kanto gone (but I doubt it.)
The Safari zone to still be closed.
Lugia not available in Heart Gold and vice-versa.
The PokeGear to not be in it.
Celebi to not be in it.
Red Gyrados to be uncatchable.
...and some other stuff! XD

I don't want all the new pokemon in it, like many other people already said... and some people are saying they don't want whitney to be so hard, well just in my opinion i always found whitney SUPER easy, as i would always get the machop from goldenrods pokemart and he would own cause he was a machoke by the time i got in there, so i hope they do still keep all the ingame trades in there or add even more

Yours was merged with iDawg's thread because yours was a repeat of his. ^^; Since they covered the same thing, they were combined.

I don't want to see anything taken out of the games that were in the old games. If Kanto is included (which is most likely), then I want to see it either the way it was in G/S, or with new things added to it.

Jessie and James were only in Yellow. Gary would make a return as the eighth Gym Leader of Kanto.

There won't be new Pokemon in it. It's a remake, not the first game of the fifth generation.
