I also enjoy just going for a walk too, especially now that I've got a step counter. I try and aim for at least 10 km a day, and I'm usually good for that at least 5-6 days a week.
I love every kind of sports and intense physical activity, but my favourite things are practising taekwondo and any ball sports (even though I don't practice any of those at all). Though I like soccer I'm super terrified of how fast those balls can fly when kicked hard, and I happen to hang out with people who can kick like that...
