Omg that's a nice theory. Regardless, I'm certain that the Sundial is gonna play a big role in this arc.

I think that the Sundial will play a role in the next game. It seems to have a link to Mega Stones, which interestingly involves raising them from the ground...(Zygarde is a ground type...) at certain times of the day.

I'm thinking the same thing. Sycamore theorizes that it has a connection to the Ultimate Weapon, Mega and Key Stones, and the Legendary Pokemon because they all give off the same type of energy. Not to mention that Anistar City is not far away from Terminus Cave.

Also, I think the theory in X/Y that the Sundial came from space was Game Freak planning ahead for possible connections to Hoenn's Mega-Evolution/Primal Reversion lore involving meteorites and space. The giant Key Stone inside the Cave of Origin came from space in the form of a meteorite, and Raquaza has to consume special meteorites in place of a regular Mega Stone. I'm thinking that the Anistar Sundial is going to function much like the Cave of Origin Key Stone/Meteorite and be used to transform Zygarde into its Complete Form.

I think that the thing is Complete Zygarde's heart/core. It might be the source of that light in it's "mouth". I see the plot going as Lysander takes our 50 percent and has Malva prepare the Ultimate Weapon to force the two halves to converge into the dial and fuse into 100 percent. In order words Lysander might be using Zygarde to fix the environment after the fallout from his destruction of humanity to speed up the creation of his temporary Utopia.




Btw remember how I've theorized that the Jade orb is the Mikado Organ detached? The Red and Blue orbs are likely similar for the other two trio members. Likewise the Anistar dial is possibly similar for Zygarde's perfect forme. I also think that Yvetal and Xerneas aren't at full power (as it was being drained, plus they were dormant for so long), but that might be saved for the XY remakes...
 
Volcanion is the only pokemon yet to be officially reveal.
So , Does anyone think Volcanion will have an alternate from in Pokemon Z since both Diancle & Hoopa has alternate from ???

Since they're considered more of a trio, at least by some fans, I feel it would make sense; this would help keeping them equal.

Well, since their 'basic forms' are sharing the same base total, it's understandable in that sense.

Ashley, I've been thinking that... What if Korrina ends as 'Z version''s Champion...

Korrina huh? That'll be unusual seeing how the only champions that happen to also be gym leaders have been or become the eight gym leader. Green/Blue became the 8th gym leader after having been champion of the Indigo League, while both Wallace and Iris (White only) started off as the eight gym leader become becoming champion. Though considering that all leagues (counting the Kanto and Johto as Indigo league here) except for Sinnoh's have at one point replaced their champion...it's entirely possible that they will replace Diantha.
If not Korrina then perhaps Olympia...as in the anime she plays a larger role than her XY games counterpart did. I rather those two than Wulfric.
 
The reason why Korrina came up to mind is her unusual amount of exposure, though one may argue her appearance is connected to the giveaway Lucario. Imo, Korrina and Lucario didn't need to appear in Geosenge and Route 5, it's needless.

It's strange, she has more interactions with the player and that role was suppose to be Diantha's , who appears more like a cameo role with the title of Champion. Not to mention, she's a descendant of the first Trainer to Mega Evolve a Pokémon, a role that can be expanded.

Her signature Pokemon, Mega Lucario, was originally believed to be the first discovered Mega Evolution.

Everyone said that about kyurem but we never got a pokemon gray so don't be to surprised if they don't do a pokemon Z though I would like it if they did!
 
I was surprised that Korrina didn't take part in fighting Team Flare, to be honest... maybe Korrina and Diantha will play larger roles like that in the next game? I hope that they at least do something different with Diantha... IIRC, Cynthia was in a similar situation in D/P, but then got an expanded role in Platinum(other than her team being a complete beast).


Random thought, that'd be awesome if Zinnia comes back as a Dragon-type Gym Leader for Kalos. From what I remember, her team in ORAS was pretty decent enough for a Gym battle.

While interesting, I doubt that would happen because Kalos already has a Dragon specialist in the Elite Four. I'm not sure if Clair counts because Lance is already a Champion in the Johto games rather than a member of the Elite Four. But then there's Koga and Janine. Eh...

on the process of random zinnia thoughts, dose she resemble ryuko matoi from kill la kill to anyone else?
in fact, if you go by the fact that her last name was inherited from her father who was using a fake name to begin with you can count kiryuin as an alternate last name for her which can literally be translated into "demon dragon Institute" in traditional chinese and "ryuko" can translate into commutator which is a device for reversing the direction of flow of electric current.
demon dragon = rayquaza
institute = lorekeeper
commutator = the main purpose of zinnia
and thus i have made a overly complex theory on how zinna might be based on ryuko

there's also the off chance that drasna might be her mother. it would be that surprising if a few draconid descendants wound up in other regions.

Let's hope that Drasna returns back to Sinnoh. :v

I don't see Zinnia as the Gym Leader type of person. XD Maybe a Champion or even an Elite Four. But not Gym XD

I wonder if there's a direction connection between Zinnia and Drasna, other than being fellow Dragon Tamers. :D

But Aren't we already had enough Female champion ?
I'm wondering , What if Alain reveal to be the champion in "Z version"?
Since the Anime let him beat Malva , A E4 Member.

Yeah they are giving similar vibes, it's more than the black hair and their type preferences. But then and again, they didn't link Glacia and Wulfric. {XD} Imo, the Ice experts look good together, haha!

I say Gen VI is officially extended the rise of females, haha. :D We get a first female dragon elite, first female fire elite who also happens to be the first person that is connected to the villain party. But I love it, as it's showing the more diverse side of Pokemon. ;)

But I'm not against of Alain becoming a Champion, that would be cool. Olympia, Korrina, Alain or even Diantha, no matter who takes the throne. All I wish for is just one thing: Make it a difficult match, at least nothing as easy as XY's champion battle.

I doubt it, as usually in the games it's either Gym Leaders or a member of the Elite Four that become champion if the same Elite Four is revisited in the same generation. Alain isn't even confirmed to be in the game, and if he is there's no guarantee he'll be the same person as he is in the anime. I don't need to bring up how different the same person can be spread across different mediums *cough*sabrina*cough*.

It would be cool though if he was a rival. My knowledge of the recent anime is very lacking to say the least but I have heard he's taking a more... antagonistic route. To date we've never had an outright villain as a rival unless you count Silver, and he snaps out of it by the end. Though of course we've never had a villain as a Champion either... not counting N.

Uh, we've had 5 male champions (Blue, Lance, Steven, Wallace, and Alder) and 3 female ones (Cynthia, Iris, and Diantha interestingly both the latter's names are related to flowers at least in english (I think their Japanse names have similar meanings as their english ones). Zinnia's name is also a flower name in english. We've already had two Dragon champions though...actually the past two Gens have ended with Dragon champions) We've only had two female champions in a row (discounting remakes) as Alder is between Cynthia and Iris. In other words we can handle 3 more female champions before you can say that.
