Ah, online shopping. Half of the fun (or misery) is tracking the package and then that beautiful line, "your item is out for delivery"...

How often do you buy things online? When was your last online purchase (and what was it, if you care to share)? Do you prefer shopping online or in stores, are there some things that you would never buy online?

I always buy from Amazon, and the last thing I bought was a 1.5' VGA cable for my netbook-desktop setup. That was in mid-February.

I never bother with most other online things outside of Amazon if it's something physical. Prime shipping makes everything really slick and I'm surprised there's things being sold with a shipping estimate of months even on Amazon... like, 39-66 days or something ludicrous. If you didn't want me to buy from you that bad then ok lol

I haven't bought many things online recently, but I do remember getting the capture mods for my 3DS a year ago. Since my college doesn't have the best mail capability, I prefer going in stores to find what I seek. But we did order a Wrigley Field shirt on this one site back in August, since it was on discount and we were there back for vacation.

I buy nearly everything I use online except for food. I just prefer online shopping in general as you don't have to get out and take the chance of the store not having what you need. Also some online websites have better deals such as tax free or more of a percentage off than actually buying it instore haha. Though sometimes I do get carried away and buy more things than I actually need when shopping online due to the ease of it :x

Not very often. Speaking of which, I need to get my Haruhi cosplay. Anyway, usually it's just cosplays and stuff. I can't make them because I don't have the skills to, and my mom doesn't either. Other than that, I rarely buy anything online.

I tend to buy online whenever I can, mostly because shopping is boring and my Hometown is rubbish has no descent shops.
Online is normaly cheaper to. The only trouble with online is companies that take forever to dispatch (Yes Amazon I mean you) and poor quality delivery services (Am looking at you Royal mail).
The last thing I bought was this https://www.amazon.co.uk/Super-Smash-Bros-Controller-Nintendo/dp/B00ND0E5ZU which came on Saturday.

The only things I buy online are my college books. I have to buy these online (or try without), but otherwise it's not my favorite way of ordering, because of the tracking.

every month or so I buy a bunch of stuff off of Amazon (just got a book, an album and Majora's Mask 3D a few days ago) but still I don't think anything beats going to an actual record store or book store, etc. maybe that's just me, but I love sifting through everything they have and looking for stuff that I've never heard of (potentially) that looks interesting that's cheap. it's weirdly exhilarating.

Amazon prime anyone? College students get it for free, six months worth anyhow, that's shit's bomb.

It's rare for me not to be expecting something in the post these days, even ignoring that I get comics every other week at the very least. I do a lot of online shopping; it's substantially cheaper than going to the shops, and a lot more convenient...not to mention shops don't stock what I want half the time, or I'd have to go up to somewhere like London to get it.

Last thing I bought was Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart from GAME, which came Friday, although I'm hovering over a couple of other purchases right now in fact. xD

I shop online far too often for my own good, mostly for Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. I highly dislike buying booster packs, so I need to get single cards off of eBay. The prices are usually reasonable, and I never have to wait that long to receive 'em since they're in the U.S. By now, I guess I could say that I know eBay from the inside-out, haha.

That was actually my reason for making this thread, lol! I'm into Cardfight!! Vanguard and I bought nearly 300 cards that were just delivered today. I get mine from TCGPlayer because I tend to buy in bulk (I'm a little more into collecting than deck building) but I've always wanted to buy a box off eBay and have a huge booster pack opening spree someday.

My mall is gross. I mean it's ok-ish but everyone gathers there like turd locust. Bitch get away. I live for online shopping, it's 85% of what I do and grocery shopping screwed that up.

I buy my food in a nice market near home, everything else I just go for where it's cheaper. I have found out a store that sells games for about 35€, and books and music I just look around Amazon first. Although if I do visit a good bookshop, I often end up leaving with a book in my bag.

I usually buy stuff online when I feel lazy, which is often. However I prefer not to buy clothing online. Stuff like video games or accessories, I can handle with getting online.

Haven't really done much online shopping in the past few years. Last thing I bought online was, I believe, a new wacom tablet for myself since I'd lost the pen to my old one and it was just far easier to buy a whole new tablet whooops. Or maybe it was the asus tablet I bought to replace my crappy laptop. It was a tablet of some kind.

I'm kind of 50/50 with where I shop, some things are just weird to buy online so I'd rather buy them from an actual store (aka most things), but on the flip side of the same token I'm also really lazy and don't want to have to go out to buy anything. I actually used to shop online more in the last place I lived because I was in an area where unless something was really popular - you probably weren't finding it around. Entertainment wise, at least.

God I loved online shopping for that. I could actually find stuff I wanted.

I don't do much online shopping. When I do, I only use Amazon. I love Amazon. I usually buy stuff like iPhone covers and gifts on there. I've had bad experiences in the past with other sites, so Amazon is my only go to online shopping site.

I used to buy CD's literally every month, now that's not the case. I recently ordered sweatpants and false nails on eBay. Now I shop online every two months or so.

I've got to be honest, if it weren't for all the shipping hassles between Canada and the U.S., I'd probably do a lot more shopping online. For example, I was just looking to order a video game off Amazon, and the shipping price was listed at $3.99 for 5-7 days delivery. Then when I went to look at shipping details to Canada, it turned out to be $16.99, with no guarantee to get the package within 30 days of the order. Now, that's not to say all experiences I've had are like this, but I've done maybe a 5th of the online shopping I would have if I lived in the U.S.
