Your shining PC moment

I guess the closest thing is being promoted even if I don't really see it that way.

On second thought winning all singles Smash tournament here is the closest but you're all so free. :^)

That was like 2007 I think. Long time ago. But it was a surprise and it was awesome.



In case you younger members really want to know about Mewthree, I present to you the drama that came when the Site Admins were merged into Staff Admins.

Yeaaaaaah... I'm pretty sure a huge reason why I stayed friends with him was because he liked me and he'd leak. That is my anti-shining moment right there. Someone less lazy and better with words make that thread happen.

I'd have to say becoming a PC supporter. The reason is because it made me feel good that I was able to help. Steve has been like a brother to me from the moment I joined PC, and he did something for me at one time about eleven years ago. I won't mention what it was, but anyway... when I became a supporter, I felt like I had done a good deed that I don't usually get to do. So, it was sort of a big shining moment for me on PC. :3
 
my one minute of recognition was when i joined and at the very bottom of the page it listed me as the newest member. yeah

Then there are small pranks, like when I put a floating Wario sprite on every page of PC in a random location, and clicking it took you to a He-Man remix video of What's Up by 4 Non Blondes. Steve sent me a message and was like "omg did we get hacked what's on the forums" hahah.

I dunno. I don't think I have any single biggest contribution, but a lot of little things over the years have built up and my fingerprints are all over the community. A lot of the ideas and changes I've pushed for in HQ I'm proud of, but the more visible things are obviously the coding I do. Like I forget how much I've changed the software here until I browse other vBulletin forums and I go to do something and I'm like "wait what, that wasn't a default feature??" So yeah. I'm proud of those contributions. They'll probably be my legacy once I'm gone. "gdi that stupid notification glitch that Audy never fixed is STILL HAPPENING AKSDJFasdkjflkasjdf"

Uhm probably the only thing I did for PC was inadvertently name "The Playground" at the Round Table announcement thread, and was one of the people who helped set up the Underground :3 Oh and having my mafia CSS used in multiple games x3
 
I forgot about the time that I became Klippy for five minutes cause Alex confused us when trying to change our names back after our Diddy/Dixie collab.
 
idk, i think that time when i stickied "chest melons" and "the booty" was pretty funny.

But nothing can beat the day when the Watch out for Ghosts thread became Watch out for dedenne1's Birthday!

I was really excited when Fairy, the mod over at Art & Design, agreed to make my current signature. However, she was known as Alexial at the time, so now my signature is old. I could ask her for an update.

And I remember that Mewthree incident haha. Such drama!

I don't think I've done anything of note here yet really, though I want to find some way to leave a mark here on PC. Something that will last.
 
Probably if anything.. since I haven't done much, was probably the Pokésurvivor or whatever it was called in the last GT. I helped everyone and I became leader. Then Christos found a loophole in a challenge and kicked my ass, got me elinimated, and proceeded to win at everything. Ah.. good times.

I cried for 3 weeks.
