I would chose the ability to manipulate time. I could be anywhere I want, any era, and I could also cut down the time of things. For example, travel. I would be there in a flash.
Either that or a God power, but the God power would be cheating. :3

I would choose the ability to turn into any marine animal so I could explore the incredible ocean without the restriction of air. Seriously it would be amazing, exploring the vast and undiscovered areas. We know very little about our oceans, so if I was going to have a superpower, it would be to turn into any marine life. Sure, doesn't sound like a "defend the earth!" super power. But it'd definitely be useful in some cases. :) I'd love to have that ability. :D

I've always wanted Telekinesis. Or, as it's called in Pokemon, psychic. I've always thought it would be fantastic to move things with my mind, like Matilda! XD Sometimes I've wanted it so much I've had dreams about it. o_O; I think that's why I love Psychic Pokemon so much, they're just so interesting.

Anyways, I'm not sure if I'd want a superpower. I don't think today's society would be able to handle someone like that, and he or she would either be killed or told not to use his or her powers. I suppose fear of the unknown would take control in that scenario.

On the other hand, the ability to bring people back from the dead would be something. I'd be able to talk to whoever I wanted to talk to, learn so many brilliant lessons. Maybe even figure out unsolved cases of crime by talking to the victims. Another amazing superpower would be the ability to stop time. Think of what you could do if time was stopped, I can picture an amazing, still scene, with one being moving.

The ability to move things with your mind is telekenesis, telepathy is being able to use your mind for contact. Teleporting is something different altogether.
