That's not how it works.
If you want to submit a suggestion that affects the whole Plot of the game, you MUST give solid reasons to back it up and have an actual chance for Aethestode to consider it.
Then there's the fact that nobody's ever gonna want to change his/her vision of how he/she wants to develop his/her HackROM.

I'd like to note that that isn't the first kind of asinine suggestion Aethe had to put up with (I'm not saying the suggestion is ridiculous, but gosh, the wording needs to be fixed). So I guess I can say it's better to just ignore.

I couldn't find the post, but I do remember him saying that he might do a dating bonus chapter were you can pick a certain character and have them go on a date with red

HEY!

My friend's been having this weird problem with his Pokemon Adventures Red game. He just passed the part where he travels to the underworld and defeats MissingNo, but for some odd reason the cutscene with Green and Blue keeps repeating. He's playing 11E.
Can I get some help with this?

Beta 12Demo ends right after you finish Lavender Town. It's called a "Demo".

The only solution anyone has proposed is using warp codes

Exelon6273, I was able to fix that bug as I just experienced it recently.

Thanks to scarlet night's reply about Warp Codes, I remembered that the base game, Fire-Red, had numerous codes that could be used to teleport around the game by entering through the nearest door, ladder, or any form of exit, called Warp Codes.

TLDR at the end, but the following is a step-by-step of what I did to get past the loop.

What I did was, after the "Two Weeks Later" scene played out and my character, Red, was left in Professor Ivy's room, I stayed inside her lab and created a cheat in Cheat Codes (with random name as it didn't matter) as Code Breaker with the code 82031DBC 0003. The last four numbers determine what area you teleport to, with 003 being Pallet Town. I enabled that cheat, exit through Professor Ivy's lab and was teleported directly to Pallet Town. I disabled the cheat code after getting to Pallet Town. From there, I used the Abra teleporter in Pallet Town to teleport to Vermillion City and flew to Orange Archipelago.

This is where things got a bit annoying and tricky because I found out that I needed to replay the scene where I had to go to Trivota Island to calm down the Pokemons there. After I flew to Valencia Island in Orange Archipelago from Vermillion City, I ran directly to the Abra teleporter in Valencia Island and teleported to Kumquat Island. Once in Kumquat Island, I attempted to run past the area where Blue and Green died but was blocked by an invisible wall that told to go back to Trivota Island to help Rudy calm down Pokemons in that area. I did just that, except this time the Abra Teleporters were still there; so I used the Abra Teleporter in Kumquat Island to teleport to Trivota Island. At first, I did not see any Pokemons in the area and even talked to Rudy inside his Gym, but he wouldn't ask me to help him, so I tried to run back, past the Pokemon Center in that area and across the bridge, but that was when the "Help Rudy Calm Down Pokemons" mission resumed as the scene where Rudy saved my character from an attack by a Pokemon began. So, I continued from there and helped Rudy calm down the Pokemons and then faced Delia (with Porygon-Z next to her).

Now, from this point, the story continued as it did previously. After defeating Delia, I went to the Pokemon Center in Trivota Island, talked to Professor Oak through the telephone, found out what happened to Delia and her family, healed my Pokemons in that Pokemon Center, and used the boat in Trivota Island to get to Mandarin Island and then used the Abra Teleporter there to get back to Valencia Island.

Once in Valencia Island, I made sure not to enter the Pokemon Center there as I expected the "Two Weeks Later" bug to play-out once again. I remembered that I fought against Team Rocket before entering Professor Ivy's lab, so I stayed to the very left side of the map, hoping to encounter Team Rocket, and without much effort, they appeared in the area where I could surf to left of the island, near the little open area where trees are not blocking the way to the water. I fought them, won, then I tried making my way to Professor Ivy's lab, before which I encountered and fought -ghost- Green and -ghost- Blue. Then, I entered Professor Ivy's lab, but the "Two Weeks Later" scene played, BUT this time, after that entire scene played out, I was inside Professor Ivy's lab. As I ran to upwards, I saw Porygon-Z and two Professor Ivys. The one before the table was unconscious and the one that mattered for me to get out of this "Two Weeks Later" loop. Once Porygon-Z was finished talking, Professor Ivy wouldn't say much aside from her showing that "She is unconscious." That wasn't really helping, because I remembered that during the first iteration, she would tell my character to go to the Pokemon Center and fight Delia again. I did just that --I got out of the lab, upon which the "Two Weeks Later" scene played once again, BUT after the scene played and I was left inside Professor Ivy's lab once again, this time the game continued PAST THE LOOP, with Professor Ivy near the door and waiting for my character.

At this point, I knew that I was past the loop, so I continued talking to her and exit her lab, after which I met Delia who came to apologize to Professor Ivy. HURRAY! EVERYTHING IS BACK TO NORMAL!!! However, when I entered the Pokemon Center in Valencia Island after meeting Delia in front of Professor Ivy's lab, I saw Delia in front of the time machine, but this time without Porygon-Z next to her as compared to the first iteration. I didn't know if that was a bug, but she fought me and I defeated her. It felt as if I was somehow reverted back to the scene when Professor Ivy was left unconscious by Porygon-Z, but that was not it at all. After Delia was defeated, Ash came along and my character finds out that Ash was an illusion all along and that the real Ash was in the upper level of that same Pokemon Center. Delia asks my character to go to the upper level, but it turns out that this is the point where the bug completely goes away. When I entered the nursing room where Ash was initially at, in a coma, he was not there and that all the nurses who were not there the first time that scene played, were now there. Had the game reverted there once again, I would have seen Ash and would have had to talk to him to continue Delia's dialogue, but Ash was not in the bed, so I just left the Pokemon Center and used the Abra Teleporter in Valencia Island to teleport to Kumquat Island. Once there, I made my way to where Blue and Green had died but was able to continue further and onto new area and story of the game.

So, TL;DR...
After defeating Missingno, the "Two Weeks Later" scene will loop. Once it finished playing, create a Cheat Code and type in 82031DBC 0003. Exit Professor Ivy's lab and you will be teleported to Pallet Town. Once there, disable that cheat and teleport to Vermillion Island, then use the blimp to fly to Orange Archipelago. Run directly to the Abra Teleporter in that Island and teleport to Kumquat Island, go to the area where Blue and Green died and see if you're asked to go back to Trivota Island to help Rudy calm down Pokemons. Do just that-- use the Abra Teleporter in Kumquat island to teleport to Tritova Island and help Rudy. From this point, the story will continue as it did the first time, so just continue onwards.

!!!TL;DR WARNING!!! MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT ENTER VALENCIA ISLAND'S POKEMON CENTER UNTIL YOU HELP RUDY, BEAT DELIA, BEAT TEAM ROCKET, FIGHT GREEN, FIGHT BLUE, AND ENTER PROFESSOR IVY'S LAB TO FIND HER UNCONSCIOUS. IT IS ONLY AFTER YOU FIND PROFESSOR IVY UNCONSCIOUS THAT YOU CAN ENTER THE POKEMON CENTER IN VALENCIA ISLAND WITHOUT GOING THROUGH ANOTHER LOOP. IF YOU SEE DELIA IN THAT POKEMON CENTER AFTERWARDS, JUST FIGHT HER AND CHECK IN THE UPPER LEVEL TO SEE IF ASH IS IN THE BED. IF HE IS, JUST CONTINUE THROUGH THE STORY, BUT IF NOT THEN JUST LEAVE THE ISLAND AND CONTINUE PAST KUMQUAT ISLAND

I hope this is helpful, but if you have any questions, just send me a message and I'll see what I can do to help.

Exelon6273 & DonutHead, just replay the Underworld events correctly like it should've been done from the beginning. I've played this ROM hack 2-3 times (thanks Aethestode ;) ) and that "Two weeks later loop" problem happened to me too. The solution is to find Darkrai's sarcophagus and awake the Dark Lord before the final fight with MissingNo, it's part of the main storyline, btw. Yeah, it's very confusing and hard to navigate through the Underworld labyrinth, but you should eventually find it. If you ignore this and possibly one event long before entering the Underworld where you battle with spirits of Blue and Green and Delia(?) on Valencia Island this will cause a glitch you both mentioned.

That's nothing, though. I have to replay the entire game just because of a glitch with the Lake Monster, where one of the NPC's sprite didn't shown on screen and I couldn't battle with SwampertX.

Ah, so that was what the problem was. I couldn't tell if I missed an event because I was able to get to Porygon-Z and Missingno rather easily --after finding the spread-out characters. There wasn't anything preventing me from accessing the fight, which caused me to assume that everything was going accordingly.

Anyhow, I did save a file, luckily, before I fought Porygon-Z and Missingno, but other players may not do the same and encounter this loop just to get frustrated and give up on the game as they would not have found the solution elsewhere through any search engines. If they are at the point where they are stuck inside Professor Ivy's laboratory (and possibly saved their progress there, thinking that it would be a great place to save after such a story progression) with the loop progressing as they exit through any door in the lab, then I hope my wall of text above helped, but if they have yet to beat Progyon-Z and Missingno or have a save file just before that and are experiencing the loop, I hope they see your (Arkarcus and PokeGenFan's) reply in this board and do just as you guys stated. It was pretty annoying (though straight-forward) for me to go back and replay the story for me to get past this loop, so I hope others do not experience it.

Thank you, Arkarcus and PokeGenFan for your replies; I will use my backed-up/saved file to go back and see what I missed, and continue from there.

If I may ask, where (if not in the Underworld region) and how did you find Darkrai's sarcophagus. I'm assuming it is the coffin that is seen when searching for the different characters for the ritual, so is there a path that leads to that coffin directly? I've tried and failed to find a way there and I watched some gameplays to see what was done by different players, but it seems that I played exactly the way they did except that I experienced the "Two Weeks Later" loop after beating Missingno and they did not.

Yes, there's a special path in the Underworld where you have to go between the flashing lights/candles. It's very well-hidden, so you literally have to go back and forth until you figure out the exact way to Darkrai's coffin and then just interact with it like with every item or NPC in the game.

Sorry, but I don't remember exactly how to get there. Try on error. Just try going through every dark path, staying close to the wall either left or right. It's somehow connected with the hidden teleporters in the dark areas. I'd use a lot of repels, if I were you. Also those cheats you have used earlier may or not affect your game later.

Yeah, I do not know if teleporting out of Professor Ivy's location using a cheat was a good idea either. It may lead to another bug later on, so I'll do as you said and run around the Underworld area in search for a path/portal to get to the coffin.

Thanks for your quick reply.
