Hey, quick question for you - when you did your Platinum Blue Mono-Color last year, you said you lost to Gardenia once. How did you beat her? Because she took me several tries, and that was with a Gyarados... I didn't want to over-level, so I even had to use Revival Herbs to stand any chance, it was the first battle in a Mono-Color where I caved and used items. Yet I managed to beat Cynthia without much trouble at all - my team was half the same as yours, and I had Gyarados, Glaceon and Heracross instead of Azelf, Rampardos and Lucario.

Just curious, why do you think it was a weak year for new challenge ideas? Several of the newer challenges are totally different from anything I've seen in the past year.
