Well, as far as people calling you a girl, people's icons do lead others to assume their gender. Or it helps to use characters of whatever gender you're comfortable with people thinking you are, buuut you could also female icons, and just set your gender to male.

And I do really like Zen, so it's fine for PC.

No point playing if you can't finish, right? I expect the people who do play ROMhacks do appreciate the constant updates, but I like complete experiences...that transfers to my general disdain for DLC and episodic gameplay in official releases, too.
I get irritated by deviations from source material in movies based on books or comics, so that might be part of why I don't read manga, haha. A lot of them deviate from source material, including a number of my favourites, so I adopt the ever reliable "ignorance is bliss" policy.

I'm annoyed Legion Mate wasn't dubbed, because Kai was probably my second favourite character after Ren and a series focusing on him sounds interesting, especially in the aftermath of Link Joker. G has Kamui in it I believe, although Kamui is irritating. I think G is to the original what GX was to the original YGO...well, maybe not that bad, but similar in terms of loose connections and cameos.

Yeah, it's something I've always wondered too actually. In lots of the games she even has a very minor role, or even no role (iirc she doesn't show up at all in Majora's Mask).

It's kinda hard not to be in a Pokemon slump once you've finished the current games and are waiting for the next ones, I think. I've always wanted to try ROMs, but playing incomplete versions really doesn't appeal to me...or, should I say, I'm too impatient to wait for updates. xD
Yeah, I rarely watch shows based on manga or light novels if I know beforetime (which I usually don't) because of this - I hate stuff that just trails off because the source material is still going; it feels like a waste of time watching it. And when it's really good - like Index and Railgun - it's only worse for it. From what I've been told, stuff like Mahouka is a lot better in written format too, because of that additional detail they ignore in the anime...although I'm skeptical about that one specifically.

Ohhh, Vanguard is great! I watched the first three seasons last year, I found it a refreshing change of pace from Yu-Gi-Oh! given Aichi's initially weak character and tendency to lose pretty much every match; he really grew as a protagonist, which is rare. I adore Ren, as well. Plus the opening themes were all hilariously awful with their mangled Engrish. Not seen G yet, although I might pick it up soonish. How are you finding it?~

hmmm, but as "almighty" the magic sounds, I think it has a bit of a flaw. people constantly change every day. something like that could be used as an advantage against someone like eldritch, since usage of his power affects him negatively. like, a really powerful opponent could probably manipulate it in some way... maybe take the idea and run with it, idk. changes in personality are insignificant over a short period of time, yes, but there are just so many factors involved in it. it's crazy, now that I think about it.

Reading slump? I get those sometimes, only with games and anime...well, it's more that I have too much to do and can't focus on any one thing. Guess you've just gotta find something that really grabs you to break out of it...or go back over something in the meantime. I find that helps too, or at least staves off the boredom. Do you find yourself preferring anime versions of manga over the original, or vice versa? Or are you one of those lucky people who can appreciate them as separate media? I can do that sometimes, but it really depends on the quality of the two in question...and there is usually a gap the size of a canyon between them. Some things just do not translate into one media as well as they work in another...

I've been on it a lot recently; I've been getting quite bored in the evenings and it's a good way for me to appraise new things I'm thinking of trying, since it obscures major spoilers.

Yeah, I'm going to be doing this for the forseeable future...either all the way through the dex, or until I get bored. Whichever comes first~
