Sorry for the late reply, but yeah... it has been quite similar. Everything changed after me & Buoysel parted ways. I started to be more open towards people, be more social, and be more positive about life. I think university also changed my ways as well. I'm trying to fit in online stuff while balancing two jobs, university, social life and even now, the boyfriend (who right now is needing me now more than ever). Even though I do miss those days of late-night conversations with people whom I was really close with (Buoysel, Amanda, Sector, most of the battle server peeps), I do think this gives me an opportunity to explore new things, as well as meeting new people whether online or off. During these past few months, I've learned to let go of the past, and accept the present & future.

Maybe instead of dwelling on the negative effects of the relationship, try thinking about how talking to that person and knowing that person positively impacted you? I try to remember people by the positives, not the negatives. Although everyone thinks and acts differently

My presence here thinned over the last month or so due to uni but now I'm feeling refreshed and so my activity is slowly rising. I can't say if it will remain consistent but I intend to be around frequently, yeah.

It could potentially be "meant to be", but I don't like to think of it like that. Most of the people that we used to talk to never said goodbye when they got inactive. It just.. happened. Like with Twilightblade, one second we were great friends with her and she was a BS regular, but then she just disappeared the next second. And that's okay.. Sure I'm sad about it for a while, but I cherish the memories that we did have during the time that we talked. And I can only hope that she does the same. Sure, losing people sucks, but to me it's better to lose them than to never have them at all.

Yeah! I recently got a summer job as a lifeguard/swim instructor, and I'm really liking it. I'm leaving to visit my hometown to see family and my dad, which is nice since I haven't seen them since March or so. And you're right about the friends... A lot of the people we used to talk to on a regular basis have lost interest or just gotten busy. It's a shame, really. :/
