  • I hope you will! I started it recently and it's amazing. Very nice art/animation too. Maaaaan this is the beginning of a brand new addiction, hehe. I forgot Melo watched PreCure.. can't wait to start on it once I finish this. Suddenly so swamped!
I actually haven't watched either of them lmao. I'm just addicted to the Love Live phone app...( ゚▽゚)/ But I'd definitely recommend LL first, it has around 26 episodes total when you add seasons 1 and 2 together, plus an OVA/movie. Whereas Aikatsu! just recently finished, iirc, with 178 episodes... xD
Oooh that helps a lot tbh, cause there are so many and I was seriously overwhelmed. I'll ask Mel too. Ty so much for the PM 8D I'll be letting you know how it goes when I watch.

Aikatsu! is an idol anime iirc, I saw someone on Twitter recommend it and loved the artwork so I don't know too much about it. But I've been obsessed with cute anime girls and idols lately lol. Love Live will do that to you.
So I really want to start watching PreCure, but there are so many I dunno which to start with. Might skip the older ones from 2004/2006 unless they're worth it, idk. I'm also having a hard time locating torrent batches, if you know any would you mind PMing me? ; ; Also giving Aikatsu! a try. B]
I watched it! The anime was better than all the whitewashing the manga does, lmfao. Sailor Moon Crystal? It's okay. The animation is atrocious, but it got better in season three, so it's really starting to get exciting.
I try not to talk myself down, but it tends... to happen a lot. Oops. <_< As for anime I'm watching in the comin' season, I'm watching nine titles, so I'll just list the three I'm most interested in: Sailor Moon Crystal Death Buster Arc, Bakuon and Anne Happy.
I'm kinda the opposite, I used to be super irresponsible, but now I'm quite responsible. Used to be a sheltered kid, then something hit me, so I decided to become sufficient! And, same~. Always ready when I need to be. And, ooh, I've heard of the Ace Attorney anime, but I can't fit it in. <_<
It's okay! Just as shy as you are. Nothing much. Watching a Noragami ova before work, since I manage my time well sometimes, lol.
Oh that's cool, maybe I'll visit it soon. :) Aww, maybe you should save up for a new laptop? My current laptop is pretty old, but it's refurbished and has very decent specs for the price so it runs very fast. :)

I'm going to buy Pokken tournament in a month or so because I spent too much money this month. :P
Oh right, you never posted much. Oh well~ Wow I never knew you sold donuts! Those are yummy! I'm pretty much just living the life myself, and I'm always happy to chat and it's what I do all day really to pass time. :)

I'll be able to play whenever you're ready and whenever I'm in the mood for it / not busy. :)
The mall is amazing. It's pretty fun. It's like Treehouse but with more threads really. I guess it's a little more casual perhaps. I like it, but I haven't seen you post there!

I'm doing pretty good, thanks. cx PC is looking pretty good. What about you? What are you doing lately? And do you still have any interest in playing Wii games with me? o:
I guess that sounds good, since we never really talk on Skype (and I rarely go on there anymore anyway) I honestly thought no one in this community cared about me anymore which is mostly why I left but your messages make me think otherwise. <3

What is this mall? Is it fun? ^^
    P
Precisely. Luck should NEVER be a defining factor in video games. Ever. For anything.
That's exactly the kind of map I'd do in spades outside of my favourites, haha. Nightcore remixes are horrible. HORRIBLE. The number of times I've looked for an OP and found a nightcore version instead...ugh, I HATE THEM. HATE HATE HATE. Vert's boobs are kinda her defining character trait, and I expect Blanc's design was influenced by Nintendo's "for kids" reputation, haha. This is what is contained within R-18 Island. I love how meta this franchise gets. Sounds better dubbed too. xD
More or less. I should be married with kids by now, apparently.
Finding good ones is easy. Making them fit the way you want is the hard part...
If you got a game over every time that happened, you'd have to save A LOT. The game likes to drop you right in the thick of it sometimes...there are whole low-level areas crawling with high-level enemies. At night in certain places stuff gets real. Colony 9 is relatively low key, although it has a few nasty enemies scattered about here and there.
    He's like a little hedgehog :3
Niche. We're niche! I can live with that aha. Having a fanbase would be creepy anyway...
Well, if you keep THAT up you won't be able to listen to any of the OST until you're right at the end of the game, haha. It's just this one freakin' track...well the game has plenty of surprises outside of that, but I connected the dots ridiculously early and saw a lot of stuff coming...but then, I suspect EVERYTHING a game shows me. xD

Probably easier. I'd recommend Gilbert & Sullivan operetta, since that turns up frequently in popular media, but it's definitely an acquired taste. xD

WORK for your fanservice, fools! Ahahahaha! It makes a change when these things aren't readily available...it's actually kind of a JRPG staple for hot spring scenes that they're hard as hell to get anyway. Anna who? O_o

They probably do. Good hygeine isn't widely practiced these days, especially not amongst children. Odin Sphere did indeed have Norse roots :3

I'll preorder in store if I can, as well as on Amazon and GAME both. I'll hold on to two copies, and I'll sell one if both come. If I'm fortunate enough to get them, anyway. In cases like this it's best to just make a wild grab and pray, though.

Ew. Lovely. I'll take your word for it I think.

...yes, that is horrifyingly cute. I want it. But no "nya!" once they've completed their animation?! What is this?!

No, it's run by some random person. Moogles aren't really a thing in FFXIV. The Thaumaturge guild (also in Ul'Dah, shock horror) is run by adorable little Lalafell, though!

It wouldn't kill them to re-release FFXII...there is definitely enough demand for it. It's infuriating that we'll probably see FFVIII and IX's PC ports on PS4 with trophy support before XII, though...

Well, it depends on what sort of career you want. Starting at the bottom and working your way up, or volunteering before going into paid work, is just as valid a route. In some ways its easier, because there are plenty of people out there with the same and better qualifications. College is a great way to stall for time, though.

I don't really have the talent for recorded videos, haha. But yes, there would be a shitstorm. A HUGE one.

It's a code you can enter on the store for a PSN wallet top-up. I'm frequently buying the things off GAME for the points and then redeeming them for the money for digital-only titles. Most people would just buy stuff straight off the store, haha. They sell US ones on eBay though, and for me the exchange rate is favourable...I've often toyed with the idea of getting a second Vita and setting it up with a US account so I can get some of the JRPGs on the store not over here.

I've made worse mistakes in my life, I'm sure. Bring it on. Just...no chains. OK? I don't like chains.
Yup...probably because you don't have to pay for online multiplayer for those. I'd love to play online with my PS4...but not for PS+. Ah well.

We've just got them earlier; you'll get them soon enough. But stuff like Pilot Wings and the DK games are a waste of space. JRPGs! Give us JRPGs!

    Welcome to the internet.

Yes...the problem with social circles is they assume you're friends with everyone, rather than just one or two people. It's why I've often kept to myself - some of the people I know are acquainted with some people I would rather not be. It's difficult to segregate to that degree in real life, though...
I think you're fully justified in turning down a janitor. FULLY justified. Don't let him drag you down with him. xD
I think it's romance that has rough starts in fiction, not friendship...most of the time, anyway. Well, it depends on the genre and the situation, but outside of being forced together due to unusual circumstances, stuff is usually fairly smooth in the stuff I read, haha.
    P
A well-designed trophy list shouldn't be a struggle; it should complement the game or encourage a second playthrough. It's stuff like "Kill 20,000 enemies" or "achieve this score in this luck-based minigame" that make it worse.
Who even designs these maps? O_o You just reminded me of this scene saying that. xD
I might get a cat or fifty when I'm old a decrepit if I live that long. Maybe one cat for each year I've lived :3
I...can't say. Nope, I definitely can't say. Not even a hint. Nope. Unless you play at a blistering pace I won't be able to tell you for at least another week yet either. Dunban is a rabid shipper on deck when it comes to Shulk and Fiora, it's the one thing I don't like about him. Maybe he just wants his baby sister out of his house ASAP. xD
Something like this, maybe? I dunno, I've had that saved for a while now and it was the first starry pattern I came to of a similar colour. Lemme think on it.
Unless you plough through the game - which I don't recommend; you WILL need to level up a bit before the Ether Mines at least if you don't want to get repeatedly trashed by the infuriating difficulty curve boss down there - you've got a way to go, haha. Riki want hugs.
Not many people ship us, according to the shipping thread. We're too low key, haha. I've not seen any textwall VMs to match ours though! The character is Lina, from Riviera: The Promised Land. Her expression doesn't really match her personality in-game, but yeah, I think it suits me...or other people's reactions to me, haha.
I wouldn't recommend looking at any of Disc 2's OST. There is one track there that will ruin a huge plot point if you make the connection. Well, it'll spoil it in part, I guess you won't pick up on the full thing until later...agh. Must watch what I say. Shutting up now. xD

Eh, if you're interested in getting into it, just listen to some on Youtube. Or take a dive and see a random one. I had it forced on me by one of my more forceful College acquaintances. xD

Yes, I suppose people these days like shorter games, or something. Quality and quantity don't always go hand in hand, but back in the day the sort of thing they release for DLC would have been included in the game. I was not amused by Awakening's map packs.

Do you ever see kids carrying handhelds around these days, though? There are definitely people with them on around - I pick up a few people on streetpass - but not many.
Well, Valkyrie Profile's entire premise is Norse mythology, but we've not had a game in the series for years now. Then you've got El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron, Dante's Inferno (stretching it a bit with this one), Asura's Wrath, Darksiders, etc, but most people would classify those as God of War clones and dismiss them...more fool them. God of War popularised the idea in the PS2 era, and last gen it took off a bit. Not much these days though.

    I dunno...if there was a reason, I don't think it was ever disclosed. Or I never bothered reading it. xD;
Amazon have it, although it's listed as currently unavailable. Apparently it came up around 7pm last night, and for some reason people think it's going to update to be available at 7pm tonight...I guess I'll keep an eye on it. If I can I'll order two copies; it'll cost a fortune but I can sell one back and it doubles my chances of getting one. All this bloody fuss for a game I'm not even interested in; I feel like even more of a tsundere now for some reason. xD I'll pop into my local GAME today and ask about it as well I guess.

...ew. Green food is the worst kind of food; nothing good is ever green ._.

You might have it, this is the top screen image, and Gaur Plains is the background music. It was a buyer's incentive here for when the game was first released, yeah. Not sure what the policy was elsewhere. I'd quite like a custom Precure theme or something (having Let's Play! Precure Modulation as my home music would be so awesome) but I don't want to faff about with it.
Oooooh, shiny. I don't have room on my dash for those; I've got a crapton of folders with all my classic titles in them and I don't want to go over multiple pages, haha.

It's a cliffside village where everyone stays shut up in their homes because shades are running rampant through the village, so...yeah, it's spooky. The Rabanastre visuals - as well as the Gladiator's Guild - are what drew me to Ul'Dah in the first place. The other two cities are meh...and I HATE Limsa Lominsa in particular. It's horribly designed.

    Nooooooo stop stop stop you're crushing my dreams stop stop stop STOP. Square Enix had better make an FFXII HD remaster, or at LEAST port it to PS4 with some trophy support. I would take either. It's their best FF title and I want to play it again ;_;

Getting a better education doesn't guarantee any of those things...take it from someone who has a postgraduate degree, haha. Although maybe it's just that I never grew up =P
(Three; I was a member for six. I dunno what my chances of ever being on staff are, it's not something I've ever really thought about. I'm sure there are better choices than me, though.)

Yes, I can't stand her. I dislike her almost as much as Uranus. Almost. xD
Well, most seasons of Precure have a good overall cast, but there are certain Cures (Marine, Moonlight, Sunny, March, Ace) who really get on my nerves. I don't like certain character archetypes at all.

Aha, fair enough. I'll buy a PSN voucher for your birthday! =P Can't you get financial support for your tuition fees and education costs, though? Student loans are terrifying things - mine is about 16k I think - but they're extremely useful. I funded two degrees out of mine, aha.

...oh god, you're not a yandere are you? xD
At the moment...no. I don't have many multiplayer titles, and the ones I do have not many others will, because they're all on the Vita. I've been playing a bit of Soul Sacrifice Delta lately, but the only person I'm aware of who has that is Satoshi and, like me, he's platted it. Finding games we all have would be the biggest issue x_x

FF games on the eShop I probably wouldn't buy...I have them all on my PSP. I'm not sure if it will; SNES games are only appearing on N3DS because of improved processing power, GBA titles have been on the 3DS since the Ambassador scheme, so it seems unlikely they'll bring stuff to N3DS...unfortunately. There are a fair few GBA titles I don't own - and some I still do - I'd snap up in a heartbeat, and damn the cost.

The internet has a euphemism for everything, though. Even euphemisms themselves.

I used to avoid my circle in College, because I was uncomfortable sitting with them...every now and then they'd come and find me and drag me upstairs. Sometimes I'd go and see them, but usually I'd keep to myself during breaks. Other people are such a hassle, aren't they? xD
I think you know by now that if you annoy me you're going to hear about it in a dry, tactless fashion. You'd have to work hard to do it though, only certain types of people push my buttons easily, and I don't associate with them, so. Most people I just find passably agreeable. xD
    P
Not as many as you'd think; a lot of it was on the way and didn't require more than a few hours. I've only played or replayed games I've enjoyed for the last couple of years, it was only in the last two months that my patience started to wear thin with some titles...
Probably 12 or 13, if you're lucky. It could be decent; who knows? The Neptunia anime was AMAZING and that was only 13. If it does its own thing it could be entertaining.
All the crazy cat ladies have grey hair anyway, right?
Who knows? They're all likeable for different reasons. Except Fiora. Screw Fiora.
I'm pondering a Neptunia theme, if I can get things to work out with it...maybe Uni, or even Vert. Or I might just stay blank for a while; I'm very attached to my current avatar. xD
Yeah...there are one or two spoilers in the track names; you might want to avoid those. Which is a shame, because one of them is AMAZING. At least, the first few times you hear it.

Well, it might not be to your taste...I definitely didn't care for it at first. But then, I think it depends on what you see first. My first opera was a German one that went completely over my head. xD

Well, I guess technically it IS one game, they just split it into parts to make as much money as possible. I bet if Sacred Stones came out now Eirika and Ephraim's paths would be split up into two games. Greedy bastards.

Well, it's better being a 90s kid than it is being a kid today. Cartoons are awful, figurines are pricy and/or poor quality, and it's the age of social media. I think I'd be even more depressed if I was a kid in this era. xD
Video games need to branch out a bit more...since God of War popularised Greek mythology, that's pretty much all you ever see these days.
Huhwha? I've never even HEARD of that. xD

Online region-locking in a multiplayer game...who the hell came up with that genius idea? I hope for their sake they don't do that with Federation Force. People already have enough reason to loathe that game. xD
The two games separately are £35, and considering what the SE comes with...I'm better £90+ or so, about the same in Euros since the exchange rate isn't a huge gap. Just under $130 to you. On eBay once the stock runs dry? Upwards of $200 once you convert it.

Indeed, thank god...you don't see anything like that these days. Crazes have either gone out of fashion or they're a lot quieter about it. I don't even know what the kids are into these days.

I got that one with the game, it's much better than the one you can buy in the eShop...the artwork is nicer, and Gaur Plains/Day is a great theme. I'd rather have one with this in the background, but...ehh. I haven't bothered with Badge Arcade, haha. Seems like a waste of time. Cheaper than collecting actual stickers or badges, though.

Excluding the obivous Pokemon themes, etc...Cold Steel Coffin. You can imagine the atmosphere in that particular village. I'm quite fond of Rabanastre as well; which is probably why I'm fond of Ul'Dah's day theme from FFXIV, too. That entire place screams Rabanastre...it's also the only good starting city. I was really fond of Apojii's theme when I was a kid, too. Oh! And Fisherman's Horizon from FFVIII, Tenkai Flower Temple from Baten Kaitos, aaand...uh...that'll do before I go crazy, haha. If I can't be thrilled by music, I want to be relaxed by it, as a general rule~

You're not missing much with Bliztball. If you like Monster Hunter I think the guild quests would have appealed to you, though...well, except the Hell Wyrm and Yiazmat, who have 9 million and 50 million HP respectively. God, I wish they'd hurry up with FFXII HD already...
That doesn't surprise me, somehow...if it's Japanese, it probably has a manga. xD
Life has a way of sucking your energy quite a bit, right? I've found that since I've stopped having constant weekly appointments I've started to perk up a little; I didn't realise just how much they took out of me until they stopped. Stuff can really weigh you down without your realising it sometimes. Still, if you're aware of it now hopefully you'll be able to take it a bit easier, right? No need to push yourself to do things, after all. Are you due any holiday from your work anytime soon, or can you take some? Might help if you get a break longer than three days if it's wearing you down so much. Do you have anything in particular in mind for your major etc. yet?~
(Psh, that's never going to happen. Besides, you're exagerrating just a tad - two users is not "several" in any language, haha. I don't have the right temperament to be a mod probably, and I'm nowhere near popular enough.)

Ugh, Cure Sunny. She has an annoying catch-phrase (hot-blooded; EVERYTHING has to be hot-blooded with her) although she's not as bad as Cure March, the green one. Green magical girls are always awful; it's like an unwritten law. Exception to the law is Mew Lettuce. I used to play rock-paper-scissors with Peace every time she transformed, since it changes every time...she usually beat me. xD

Not going to get Odin Sphere on Vita? :3
Apart from Fire Emblem (which is more my mother's game than mine anyway) I don't know what's coming out in May, so I could be in for a quiet period after the end of April...Fairy Fencer F's PS4 release and Blanc's game are now listed in April instead of May, so after that I've got time to catch up a little, aha. My backloggery has about 120 unfinished games on it, 56 unplayed...20 of those on 3DS. Hnnngh. It'd be nice to have time to play them. xD

Sachiko-san, please don't kill me! That'd be interesting; didn't we have something like that a while ago when the game was first released, though? Or maybe that was just the discussion thread. I dunno, I didn't have it at the time.
You're six hours behind me; it shouldn't be THAT difficult. I'm only not available when I'm sleeping or eating. xD

I expect it will be, but...meh. Chrono Trigger isn't that great, in my opinion. The soundtrack is nowhere near as good as people make it out to be, either. It's not a bad game, but it's not a great one. I only bought one GBA game on Wii U eShop - Superstar Saga - and now I definitely won't buy any. I want them on the correct console and I'm going to hope and pray for that to happen now. xD

I don't think there is such a thing as a good euphemism; the very act of using one is an implication for something less than pleasant, so...xD

Mellowed out a little? That's how my mother describes it, anyway. Everything is a big deal when you're a hormone-crazed teen. You've got too many things that are actually important to worry about when you get older to let things like that affect you the same way they used to, haha.
Oh, I don't know about that...if those were the only prerequisites I'd never argue with anyone. If I were a little younger I'd probably go out of my way to cause an argument, but...eh. What will be, will be. We can burn that bridge when we come to it.
oh shit, just as we talk about the anime, a CM is released!! did you watch it? :D
now that my break is almost over it might be more difficult to find some free time for me but i'll see what i can do. o:
    did he have a fixation for pickles in the original version? xD omg now i wanna see an edit of camilla's sprite wearing a foxy grandma hat. if there's a foxy grandma version already. xD oh my god, wasn't there an alternative to punch them in the face instead? or like, some really rude way to wake them up or something? xDD;

i'm so sorry to hear that...at least you had good memories with her...

something about the way your splatfest rank goes up or something, i think. i didn't really pay attention. xD and yeah it was. i guess i'm interested in the new paper mario but i'm fearing it will just be another sticker star. and yeah, rhythm heaven too. and omg yeah that cat thing was so cute. xDD
well, i'm still waiting to be able to SEE my waifus in person. /jk :p
