I GET YOU, I don't understand how people are so calm about driving a car?! Like how are they not scared of accidentally pressing accelerate instead of brake or running over someone who decided to jaywalk? Maybe I'm overthinking it but sometimes I find it hard to believe that millions of people, if not a billion drive cars. I'm also ok when it comes to doing activities that people find reckless such as rock climbing or cliff jumping but I don't think that's the type of reckless you're thinking of. Either way, driving is scary stuff. :(

It's always interesting seeing the values and beliefs that different countries have! For example, even learning about the different etiquette that countries have is amazing - like what gifts to give and not give to people, which gestures are polite and which are rude. All of that is really cool. I would love to go to a quieter Italian town and see what it's like. The 'quietest' city we went to was Milan but it was still packed and really noisy. Have you known Italian for a while or did you specifically learn it for the trip?
