Not very. I use it for alarms, bluetooth music in the car, calling my mother and grandmother, and occasionally Discord or writing in Google Docs. I pretty much never use it outside of the house and if I lose it in the couch cushions, I don't notice until it's time to go to bed (and set my morning alarm). It's a useful tool but that's about it. Honestly, I really don't like seeing just how much people are glued to their phones. I've had people pull their phone out mid-conversation to check their social media; most of them tell me it's a way to stop feeling awkward or anxious but I think it exacerbates the problem.
