There's no way to test that unless a person leaves. If you're always around you're not being remembered so much as seen :P

It really makes it see how fruitless most internet socialising can be. Unless you've been staff or done anything particularly substantial, few people are going to remember you. I'm going to leave for a few months to test this theory.

    brb at Xmas...

You serious? When I was here in 09 and was a tiny little noob I remembered you when I came back.

I'd remember your top hat xD.

But you have a cool name so people will remember you.

Although that is true, I've been on here pretty much every day since I joined and I'm fairly certain that most people wouldn't remember me, even the people I've talked to, if I went away for a while...so different from real life. At least in real life you have a static face to remember, even avatars change online :P
Many people have said they see you everywhere in a topic in OVP, so I'd find it hard to believe if you left that you would be that easily forgotten. I'd venture to bet you are remembered so much that once the Member of the Year Awards come around you will at least be recognized as one of the best new members here. Since imo you are just that.

And as Shining Raichu said the only way to know is test it out. But all that really matters is if you friends or people close to you here remember you(if they are still around when you make your return).

    Who wouldn't remember Nica? Gosh.
I remember people I knew well before they left, I'd assume this is the same for all of us, if you spoke to someone often and they suddenly left - You'd remember who they were upon return.

I remember when I left for a while I came back and was reading through some old groups I was in and people where like "Where's Amy gone?" & "Has she died?" and stuff like that which I thought was quite sweet. No one knows me anymore so it's fine

The supporters as a whole are just too friendly to avoid. :D

Going away from PC just doesn't seem to work for me. :x I said I was leaving but really just hung around on an alt to make sure people got welcomed and clubs kept running and people didn't discuss really stupid topics in PG and yeah...

Just sent in a small donation. :3 I know it's not much but at least it's something.
Like Jared said, every little bit helps. :> I try to donate when I can, whatever amount I can afford at the time. Giving the money to PC stops me from buying candy and getting fat, which is an added bonus lol.

100 seems like a ton @-@ But if every time you went out to eat, instead you said "I'll just donate 20 bucks to PC instead!", you'd be there in seemingly no time...assuming you ate out a lot xD

I get my check on Tuesday, so Wednesday is donation day! :3 $50 should be alright. $25 for two people, though I don't know who to give it to.
