Counter that Pokémon

Rotom-H @ Aspear Berry
Timid
12 HP / 252 SpA / 244 Spe
Levitate

Snatch
Shadow Ball
Charge Beam
Overheat

Lolz. Resists Ice Beam and Hurricane, can use Snatch to.. well, snatch either Roost or Substitute from Articuno. The speed EV's allow Rotom-H to outspeed it by a point. Charge Beam to boost through the sub. Aspear Berry.. for good measure.
Overheat wastes away the Charge Beam boosts Heat Rotom accumulates, while Shadow Ball provides no noteworthy coverage, since STAB Overheat outdamages an unSTABed super effective Shadow Ball.

Anyway:
Hydreigon

-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Superpower
-Roost/Earthquake/Earth Power/Dark Pulse
Nature: Mild/Rash
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb

Hydreigon doesn't care about what Heat Rotom throws at it, resisting all its current moves, and hits it hard with Draco Meteor.

-Sylveon w/Leftovers
Ability: Cute Charm
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 Sp.Attack, 252 HP, 4 Speed/Sp.defense
Moves: Calm Mind, Moon Blast, Shadow Ball, Psyshock/Hidden Power Fire

Its immune to Draco Meteor, resists Superpower and Dark Pulse, and probably has enough HP and Sp.Defense without Calm Mind to take a Fire Blast and/or Earthquake. From there, one Moonblast, and Hydreigon is dead.

I agree Shadow Ball is unnecessary. However I was obviously aware of Overheat's effects. I'd argue having Charge Beam further validates Overheat's use in this instance.

Clefable@Leftovers
Unaware
Bold Nature
252 HP/252 Defense/4 Sp. Def
Toxic
Moonblast
Wish/Moonlight
Protect/Flamethrower

Comes in without worrying about stat boosts, can Toxic and stall it out while healing and attacking. Was going to put Assault Vest Excavalier here but HP Fire can mess it up.

Gengar@Gengarite
Timid Nature
252 Speed / 252 S.Atk / 6 HP
Trait: Levitate --> Shadow Tag
- Destiny Bond
- Sludge Bomb
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast

Switches in, traps Clefable if you dont switch and KO's with Sludge Bomb.

Mandibuzz @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Def / 252 SDef
Careful Nature
- Foul Play
- Roost
- Taunt
- Toxic

252 SpA Mega Gengar Sludge Bomb vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Mandibuzz: 135-159 (31.9 - 37.5%)
0 Atk Mandibuzz Foul Play vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Mega Gengar: 156-186 (59.5 - 70.9%)

Assuming Mega Gengar's Shadow Tag isn't in effect until next turn so that Mandibuzz can switch in; otherwise, it's technically impossible to counter.

Mawile:
[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokémon

-Swords Dance/Substitute
-Play Rough
-Sucker Punch
-Fire Fang/Iron Head/Substitute
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 132 HP/252 Atk/124 Spe
Item: Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate

Though an unboosted Mega Mawile takes around 30% health from Foul Play, it doesn't care about Toxic (or possibly Taunt, if it doesn't need to set up on future turns) and can wreck Mandibuzz with Play Rough.

Heatran@Leftovers
244 HP / 36 SpA / 12 SpD / 216 Spe
Calm Nature
- Substitute
- Torment
- Lava Plume
- Protect

Avoids Sucker Punch and at worst 4x resists everything. Can then Torment water and stuff with one attacking move switch ins so they cant do squat.

Terrakion @ Life Orb
252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-Earthquake

Resists only attack, hits for at least neutral damage and can set up with ease unless lava plume burns.

.gamer is trying to kill the thread picking terrakion

best counter is probably

Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 240 HP / 248 Def / 20 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Taunt
- Earthquake
- Toxic
- Protect

Terrakion can't set up on it and takes around 80 from an EQ, an OHKO if it already used CC for some reason. Tangrowth is decent since it can KO or put Terrak to sleep but it has a chance of being ohko'd after SR. The real best counter to Terrakion is not letting it get into situations where it can set up easily, or at least force 50-50's. Bright powder Shedinja does decent too im sure.

Skarmory @Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 224 HP / 252 Def / 32 SpD
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Brave Bird
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost

uhmmmmm yeah, i don't think this needs any explanation

Skarmory loses to Gliscor in a Struggle war. I tested it in a battle and here are the results.

Spoiler:

Unless Skarmory can get multiple critical hits, it can't KO Gliscor. Once Skarmory is taunted, not even Whirlwind can save it. The battle will go on until Brave Bird runs out of PP and then Gliscor will prevail.

Octillery (F) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Suction Cups
EVs: 96 HP / 208 SAtk / 204 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Surf
- Energy Ball
- Ice Beam

Octillery can switch into any of Skarmory's moves including Whirlwind thanks to Suction Cups. It can survive a Brave Bird and OHKO Skarmory in return with a Fire Blast after the recoil damage.

0 Atk Skarmory Brave Bird vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Octillery: 136-162 (46.7 - 55.6%)

Edit: I don't know if Zeffy's set counts or not, but it doesn't matter as Octillery has enough HP EVs to survive an Earthquake from Gliscor.

Skarmory's manly brother steps in to take a hit for his very good friend;

[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokémon

Mantine @ Leftovers / Chesto Berry
Trait: Water Absorb
248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe (funnily enough puts it one point ahead of 204 Spe Octillery)
Calm Nature
- Air Slash
- Scald
- Sleep Talk / Mirror Coat
- Rest

Octillery versus Mantine:
Surf: -25--25%
Energy Ball: 23.1 - 27.3%
Fire Blast: 13.8 - 16.5%
Ice Beam: 23.1 - 27.3%

0 SpA Mantine Air Slash vs. 96 HP / 0 SpD Octillery: 85-102 (26.9 - 32.3%). Flinch it to death, or if you are really impatient, run Mirror Coat.

Heliolisk:
[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokémon

-Thunderbolt
-Volt Switch/U-turn
-Focus Blast
-Hidden Power (Ice)/Grass Knot
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb/Choice Specs
Ability: Dry Skin

Heliolisk switches in to Mantine with impunity, being immune to Scald and resisting Air Slash. It OHKOs Mantine with either Thunderbolt or Volt Switch and has other coverage moves to deal with possible switch-ins.

-(Mega) Venusaur w/Venusaurite
Nature: Sassy
Ability: Chloryphyll----->Thick Fat
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp.Defense, 4 Attack
Moves: Giga Drain, Earthquake, Synthesis, Protect/Toxic

Due to the nature and EVs, Venusaur can switch into a Hidden Power Ice from Heliolisk without much fear (and it'd take little from the other attacks). From there, it can mega evolve, giving it the bulk to take little damage from all of Heliolisk's attacks. Afterwards, you simply heal with Giga Drain/Synthesis, or OHKO with Earthquake.

Mega Charizard w/ Charizardite Y
4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
Ability: Drought
~ Fire Blast
~ Flamethrower
~ Focus Blast
~ Air Slash

Mega Charizard Y is quite fast, and should be able to outrun Mega Venusaur. It brings out sunlight thanks to Drought, which gives boost to all its fire-type moves. With only about two Fire Blast or three Flamethrower attacks, it should be able to take down Venusaur without any issue.

Goodra:
[PokeCommunity.com] Counter that Pokémon

-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast/Flamethrower
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast/Dragon Tail
Nature: Modest/Quiet
EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SAtk
Item: Assault Vest
Ability: Gooey/Sap Sipper

With Assault Vest and its monstrous Special Defense, Goodra can shrug off even sun-boosted attacks from Charizard Y and strike back hard with a super effective Thunderbolt or a powerful Draco Meteor. Once Charizard Y is down, Goodra can then make use of sun-boosted Flamethrowers/Fire Blasts against Steels.

Florges
Nature: Modest
EVs: 4 HP/252 SpA/252 SpD
Item: Life Orb
Calm Mind
Moonblast
Psychic
HP Fire

Calcs
252+ SpA Life Orb Florges Moonblast vs. 248 HP / 8 SpD Assault Vest Goodra: 187-221 (48.8 - 57.7%). Most likely 2HKO.
252+ SpA Goodra Fire Blast vs. 4 HP / 252 SpD Florges: 68-81 (22.8 - 27.1%). 4HKO if lucky.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Flash Fire
252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid nature
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Hidden Power Ice
-Taunt

Heatran takes little from all of Florges' attacks. Fire Blast does 52.6 - 62.4%. Taunt shuts down Calm Mind.

That's a really debatable argument, given that Pokemon is a team effort--unless it's a 1v1. But, touche :x

- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock

252 SpA Heatran Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Hippowdon: 174-205 (41.42 - 48.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
252 SpA Heatran Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Hippowdon: 116-138 (27.61 - 32.85%) -- possible 4HKO (HP Ice being at 60 BP)
252 SpA Heatran Hidden Power Ice vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Hippowdon: 136-162 (32.38 - 38.57%) -- 3.66% chance to 3HKO (HP Ice being at 70 BP)
252 SpA Heatran Earth Power vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Hippowdon: 87-103 (20.71 - 24.52%) -- possible 6HKO

0 Atk Hippowdon Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Heatran: 456-540 (141.17 - 167.18%) -- guaranteed OHKO
