I've seen Design a pokeball and Create an ability threads, but how about make your own pokemon move. If you can come up or design a move set what would it be..
Here's little template to copy and paste your ideas.
    Code:
    [B]Name[/B]:
[B]Accuracy (Just leave this blank if you want to make like aerial ace or shockwave (Never miss) or as status move that benefits your pokemon)[/B]:
    [B]Effect (If Any)[/B]:
    [B]PP (Initial) | PP (PP Maxed)[/B]:
    [B]Base Power[/B]:
    [B]Obtaining (Gyms/Purchase from shop (Price)/Given from NPC/Overworld)[/B]:
[B]What pokemon or type can LEARN this TM/TR or thru leveling[/B]?

    Have fun.

    Name: Revitalization
    Accuracy: ---
    Base Power: ---
Effect: Revives one fainted Pokemon in battle, but causes the user to faint. It works like a regular Revive, though, so only restores 50% HP.

    PP: (initial): 5
Obtaining: Signature move for Audino and or Blissey or Comfey. Would learn this move at level 75.

I tried my best to make this move as not broken as possible by making the user faint when using it otherwise this move would definitely be banned by Smogon if it were real!

    Name: Acid Blast
    Type: Poison
    Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Super effective against Steel-types instead of doing no damage to them
    PP (Initial) | PP (PP Maxed): 20 | 32
    Base Power: 70
    Category: Special
Obtaining: Learned by a bunch of Poison-types by level up, such as Tentacool, Grimer, Gulpin, and Galarian Slowbro, as well as a TM

Let's buff my favorite type a bit, why not? Eat your hearts out, Ferrothorn and Zacian.

Due to how rarely I see the Frozen status condition nowadays:

    Name: Ice Guard
    Type: Ice
    Accuracy: ---
Effect (If Any): For 5 turns, any physical contact with the user will leave the opposing Pokemon frozen.
    PP (Initial) | PP (PP Maxed): 10 | 14
    Base Power: ---
Obtaining: TM rewarded for beating the game's Ice Type Gym.

    Name: Misfortune Cloud
    Accuracy: ---
Effect: A dark cloud that prevents the opposing team's damaging moves from causing secondary effects during four turns.
In-depth explanation: Basically it's like giving the opposing team the Ability Sheer Force for four turns, except they wouldn't get the benefit from the power boost. Pokémon affected by Misfortune Cloud won't be able to cause flinching using Rock Slide, lower Special Def. using Psychic, Freeze with Ice moves, boost its own speed using Flame Charge, etc. Although it won't remove the negative secondary effects such as recoil and self-debuff from moves like Overheat.
    PP 10 (Maxed 16)
    Base Power: ---
    Obtained: Overworld.
What pokemon or type can LEARN this TM/TR or thru leveling? Mostly Ghost, Flying, and Dark type Pokémon.
Extra notes: Can be removed by Defog and Rapid Spin.

    Name: Monsoon
    Type: Water
    Power: 85
    Accuracy: 95
    PP: 10

Effect: The user spawns a jet of dark clouds that rain a torrential downpour on the target. Has a 20% chance to flinch. Cannot miss in rain and has +1 priority. Accuracy becomes 80 in Sunny Day, and has -1 priority. Cannot miss in hail, but does not have a priority boost. Straight up fails in a sandstorm. Hits everyone in a double battle, but has a decrease of power.

Who can learn this move?: Mainly Water types. A few Flying or Psychic types would be able to learn too.
Obtaining: TM that can be found hidden in an area a little before the sixth gym in a game.
Other notes: The move is physical. However, it does not make contact.

    Name: Short Circuit
    Accuracy: 100%
Effect (If Any): Adds a Fire-typing to the target.
    PP (Initial) | PP (PP Maxed): 15 | 24
    Base Power: 60 (Physical Electric)
    Obtaining: Late-game shop for 40000.
What pokemon or type can LEARN this TM/TR or thru leveling?: Electric types.

Thought about changing the target's ability to Flame Body. Harms the move's user too much. Typically makes contact with physical moves.

    Name: Alternating Current
    Accuracy: 100%
Effect (If Any): Doubles in power if the Pokemon used a move other than Alternating Current last round.
    PP (Initial) | PP (PP Maxed): 15 | 24
    Base Power: 50 (Physical Electric)
    Obtaining: Electric Gym
What pokemon or type can LEARN this TM/TR or thru leveling?: Pokemon with Plus, Minus, and Own Tempo.

Encourages using other moves. Might need a little more power to be worthwhile (55 or 60).

    Name: Petrify
    Accuracy: 100%
Effect (If Any): 30% chance of paralysis. Increases to 100% when used two or more times in a row.
    PP (Initial) | PP (PP Maxed): 20 | 32
    Base Power: 40 (Special Rock)
    Obtaining: Early Rock Gym
What pokemon or type can LEARN this TM/TR or thru leveling?: Rock Pokemon with good Special Attack, snake Pokemon (like Seviper), bull Pokemon (like Tauros), and Sableye.

    Needs more Special Rock moves.

    Name: Hypercharge
    Accuracy: --
Description: Works like Bide basically, user can't do anything for 2 turns, but if it survives, ATK, SP.ATK, & SPD get boosted by 4 stages each.
PP (Initial) | PP (PP Maxed): 5/8
    Base Power: --
Obtaining (Gyms/Purchase from shop (Price)/Given from NPC/Overworld): Needs to be given much later into the game so that it won't be too overpowered or anything.
What Pokemon or type can LEARN this TM/TR or thru leveling? I want this to be an Electric type move, so for sure certain Electric bois will be able to learn it. Special cases maybe for some bulky mons that don't get much Attack/Sp. Attack/Speed to begin with.

    Name: Eage Eye
    Type: Flying
    Accuracy: 0
Effect: Increases Accuracy by two stages
    PP: 10/16

    Obtaining: By Level-Up
What pokemon or type can learn this? Some of the more "aggressive" birds like the Fearow line, Talonflame line, maybe the legendary bird trio, etc.
    Move Name : Flare/Frost/Toxic Wave.
    Accuracy :90%.
Effect : Simply a different type of thunder wave.
    PP 20. | PP (PP Maxed): 32.
    Base Power: 0
Obtaining : Just any pokemon of the respective type.
Is Toxic Wave Poison or Toxic Poison? If it it Toxic Poison then it's already covered by the move Toxic. If it is just regular Poison then the name may be a little misleading.
