It has actually been pretty windy over here in Florida. I like it though, for when summer comes a lot of that nice cold weather we've been getting is going to be over. :(
 
More and more, being a snowbird (living in Minnesota in the summer, Florida in the winter) sounds very like a very appealing option to me...

I don't disagree with that from looking at the demos and trailers, though I do disagree with it not really being that good. It's a pretty good game, it just changes up the Sim formula so that other sims are living life simultaneously with the sim(s) you're controlling at any given time. Which I personally don't like because sims are idiots and have a tendency to light stuff on fire.

It's been very windy here in Durham for the past couple of days, though I think it's been more or less the same all over the country.

We've had to tie our bins down, they keep flying out into the street.
 
Maybe I should go ahead and make a "What's the weather in your area" thread. :P

It's 29 degrees and I'm a frozen flavored popsicle.

Forget weather. Let's just talk about popsicles. I like popsicles. Popsicles are cool and fruity and COLORFUL and stuff.

Anyways, I started Dragon Quest IX again earlier. Thinking of having a Martial Artist, Thief, Mage and Priest.
 
Me too! I love orange flavored stuff. And oranges. They're my favorite fruit.

How is that game? I always thought of getting it but didn't really know if it was worth it or not.

Have you ever made anything really sick? In videos I've seen people make some really impressive structures through Minecraft :]
 
Minecraft was easily the best game purchase I've ever made... it cost me $13, and I've (rough estimate) clocked around 500 hours on it. You might think it looks boring, but it's the most addicting thing ever. You'll never run out of things to do.
 
Minecraft is mediocre. It's boring and isn't really that good as a sandbox game, once you get past the destructible environments.
