I'm scared to look at my posts on here and other places in a few years because I feel like I'm kind of ~~edgy~~ at times AND I DON'T LIKE THAT.

Once I disowned all Pokemon games after Crystal. Because I was a dumb teen.

I've been here for.... far too long. And once and a while I somehow (like Google searching something) come across something unintentionally I've said from way back when. I don't mind it. It's kind of neat. And I'm not that different

I originally tunnel visioned the Hacks Showcase subforum. Then grew to the entire ROM Hacking section. Then eventually branched out into other interests and topics this forum had to offer. Definitely my posts from back in the day are wicked cringey. All part of growing up!

I think that a lot of the posts in the whole hacks area of PC are pretty cringe worthy in general. I think I posted maybe 50 times in Rom Hacks and then I just couldn't deal with it anymore.

Yeah, I dont know what its like these days but I joined back when I feel like it was in its heyday, or riding the plateau of the heydays. Scizz was an active and contributing member coming out with plenty of intuitive and useful tools for hacking the GBA generation. The whole community had gotten plenty of experience hacking GBC ROMs. I was able to beta test on what I consider to be one of the PC community's greatest achievements, even if it was never fully completed, Pokemon ShinyGold. I am one of many that registered to PC solely to download SG. A ton of fun for someone who was looking to experience the great storyline, region and Pokedex of G/S/C with upgraded graphics. Zel got to throw in his own creativity into the story too, which I'm sure he enjoyed.

But enough of me inflating zel's ego. I just really thought it was a fantastic game, and had high regard for PC's hacker community. I also remember seeing far too many hacks die out, and many more recycle old ideas. And the worst: Fakemon. God those things were the awful. I would almost always write off playing your beta if your entire game was based on Fakemon. I had no interest in learning a new Pokedex unless Gamefreak was its creator.

I'm totally non-existent in the ROM Hacking boards. I only like looked at one thread and then I all but knew the section wasn't right for me. Although looking back at my old posts here at PC from 2011-2012 make me feel embarrassed because I was such a huge noob at the time.

And when name changes came back, I decided to get rid of my old name (because of its bad past) and that was how I adopted my current, much better name and lost the noob persona in the process.

Quizilla is being wiped away so that's one embarrassing past memory deleted, thank god.

I have like 7 years history on BMGF and SPFF(each). I haven't touched my post history out of sheer fear of what I used to post. And still do.

I'm too embarrassed to even look up what I may have written years ago. Well, I'm mostly afraid of dying from laughter. That says a lot.

I wrote a story on Quizilla but that was before they had the story section so it was really a quiz with a few options and the questions were just super super long and then when they added a story category they just cut off the questions to stop people from doing that. So I can't read my writing really because three sentences in it would cut off. :(

Lot's of people have some pretty old, cringe-worthy stuff on the net then? :P

I can't get my sleeping patterns right and it's starting to REEEEALLY annoy me. I work nights so I'm accustomed to sleeping during the day, but I got to sleep at 4/5am yesterday morning and woke up at 5:30pm T_T Luckily I had the night off work but that brings me back too my point; it's 3:36am WHY CAN'T I SLEEEEEP.
