edit: whoops, rome definitely never moved to the baltic, my bad. i meant black sea but that sounded silly so i kerfuckled it with the balkans, also a stone's throw away. you know what i mean

playing aoe, unproductive as ever. kinda getting to me so i stopped before my second game. earlier i got lunch at chuck's burgers, but other than that it's yyyeeeahhhhh
 
Speaking of job hunting, I've been changing into gear to get a job as well. I've put together a new resumé that actually lists my education now, unlike the old Word doc/PDF.

My husband says this presentation is good for employers hiring based on skill, for long-haul positions where I'm going to matter and need to be loyal. Since those kinds of jobs are uncommon though, I'm preparing to work in shoe-filler jobs just as well, and I'm hoping to put together a much more flagrant page that is interesting to laymen.

We looked at some examples on the first page of Google, and I think this one is a pretty good reference piece. Presents nicely, is hi-dpi friendly, and doesn't go overboard with personal details either. Haven't seen it on mobile, but it's probably just as nice.
 
No matter how I do my resume its always two pages, I have too much shit
 
I've been job hunting as well though not as seriously as I should be.

I am content with my current job but mehhh i need something better

gah yeah i had my own design website before and tried applying but had little luck even though i've sent applications. they'd tell me they also want me to be good at x y z and have so and so years of experience, assuming i even got the interview. =( most of the time i didn't hear back

medicine is a good field to get into! and engineering or computer science, definitely recommend
 
I feel like too many jobs want x experience but like how are you supposed to get all of this experience if they won't hire you? :(
