My first ever PC friend was PlatinumDude, he friend requested me not long after I joined after learning I left Bulbagarden in favor of PC. I was actually quite surprised at how well he knows the competitive metagame, and now I always read his team help posts so I can learn the metagame and eventually help with teams in the future.

And it always felt like something special happened for every birthday I've had since joining PC.

19th birthday, was when I got Pokemon Black and started my journey into the 5th Generation of Pokemon. Chose Oshawott as my starter in that game obviously.

20th birthday, I got supportered and made my first PC blog post.

And my 21st, not as epic of a moment but I would have become legal had I lived in the US, but no I actually became legal back in 2010 because I'm Australian.

Dammit I'll be 22 next year... don't know what special thing might happen then but wait and see.
 
I totally have no idea about my first PC friend, i might not have that person on my friendslist anymore xD
 
First PC friend would have to be our dear Hikari. Sent me my first VM too :3

Yeah, I remember posting in your introduction thread for the first time. It was hard to believe you managed to stick around after all this time, probably because I was here for you. I never thought I'd end up changing a lot of members' lives here, I know that ShinyHoundoom92 who joined fairly recently and is still a noob, was scared of the mods (except Cirno for some weird reason) but I helped him keep calm and show him that I once had the same problem. He said that I'm probably one of the friendliest users he ever met.

I've made countless friends here and I am continuing to do so each day. The first ever person to add me to their list was o-pikachu-o back on my old account. We never really talked but I still felt special. The first ever friend that I made though and became close to was, GolurkIsDaBomb who I still consider my best friend today! I never imagined that I'd make so many friends online but I have and that's the best part of PC for me.
 
Boy I do hope Golurk returns soon... he was a very funny member imo. It always makes me sad when one I bonded with so well disappears unexpectedly.
 
PC's atmosphere is that of positivity; something many many other forums lack. That's what makes it so special. :)

No wonder why I'm very comfortable in here, in PC, and I'm sure it can be better, it makes me stay to the end. I'm wondering if anyone feel this way too.
 
Yep, i adore being a member of PC and staying here. I may not officially have a PC family but it feels like i have one :3
 
I've been to other forums, a lot of other forums, but each one felt like I didn't belong. There was always something missing and once I'm done with my story, I'm severing my connections to just about every one of those forums. There's only one other forum I'll frequent. PC just has a great atmosphere that you can't really find anywhere else.
 
bis, sector, amanda, jelli, shawn and others I've met are the reasons why I keep coming here. But I won't leave out quilzel, who's been my best best best best best best friend since...March of two years ago? Even though we've been apart a few times but we still have that special bond. <3

The positivity and the greatness of our members is the reason why I keep coming here as well. You can't get the same environment in any other forum.

I've met such a lot of people here over the time I've been here on PC, such as all the wonderful staff that welcomed me when I was promoted, to the great people I've met on the battle server, and everywhere else around here on PC.

Beforehand though, I was just a lonely person originally and now I've gotten to know so many great people and I'm glad that I have no plans to ever disappear from PC in the foreseeable future.
