Frustrated (was just in a very loud class, and I couldn't connect to the internet to play music to drown out the people. Also someone sat in the spot where I usually sit)
I'm sorry you're feeling angry Ash, I hope you feel calm and good again soon. Take some deep breaths in and out slowly if you can,
then count backwards from 10 slowly. If none of the suggestions help perhaps get fresh air and take a mini walk to clear your mind? Natural sunlight and being outdoors helps your mental health and mood a lot.
