Recovering from being absolutely wasted yesterday

Ever been in that position where you want to talk to people but at the same time you don't want to talk to them? That's basically me for years. In particular: me on Discord. I don't know how many years I've already spent passively reading other people having fun talking to each other. All the while I'm just stuck with only myself. But even on the off-chance I try it, the next time it's just the same thing over again. Don't care if some stupid personality disorder makes me more resistant to loneliness. Don't care if I'm supposedly more happy on my own than I supposedly am with others around (people I actually care about not some stupid coworkers and logic obsessed bosses). I've already spend years with this crap and having to deal with it for the rest of my crappy life is just not what I'd imagine doing for years on end.
I really should have just died when I got 30 last year. <_<

I'm no stranger to depression. I also reached the point of wishing myself dead (when I was younger), and was seriously considering options on how to do it.
But, giving in that is not the answer. ever.
I hope you have or can find someone near you to keep you company. For a good friend talking isn't even a necessity. Just having someone keep you company can make a world of difference. Finding a good friend irl can be troublesome, but if you don't have one I do really hope you find one.

Also, distractions can help too. Things out of the ordinary to break the monotony. Something that at the very least makes the days bearable without such thoughts.

(This feels incomplete to me, but I'm kinda having trouble focusing my thoughts here)
