Favourite PC April Fools prank?

    To summarise...

    2005: Arcanine was banned for some reason.

    2006: "Todoroki" - a blackout theme, "TodorokiCommunity" based on PokeLink 2.0 and a smaller version than 2012's staff lounge.

    2007: DCCs were deleted.

    2008: Everyone looked like a moderator.

    2009: Everyone was named Todoroki and posts were anonymous.

    2010: SlowPokeCommunity. Slowpoke style and the "event" on April 3rd.

    2011: Censors. THE GREATEST PEOPLE EVER also had a Serebii skin and moderators modded different forums.

    2012: Lerroux. Staff lounge which made people dislike staff and Lerroux, fake administrator, moderators demoted, Facebook style.

    What's your favourite?
     
    2012, it was the only prank i had been in, but it was hilarious seeing so many people stressing like it was exams...
     
    For setup, I like this year's. It was fun acting like a mean mod and having control of Lerroux for a bit. :3 2006 was also fun in that respect, but it was so long ago I hardly remember it anymore.

    Last year's actually made me laugh out loud. Especially when the h-staff pulled one over on the mods and switched our forums. And then we turned into Serebii!
     
    2008 was my favorite. All the other ones past that, I couldn't wait for the day to end and looked back thinking that they were so stupid. I think it was the fact that every year since 2009, we had a set style that couldn't be changed, which I found to be incredibly annoying more than anything.
     
    I've only been through 2011, and I got involved in 2012's prank. So, to choose which of those two were my favorites...I can't choose which! Both pranks were pretty awesome, but to be honest I laughed so hard this year.

    It's nice to also stretch out my terrible acting skills when I was demodded. lmao
     
    Well, I've only been here for the 2012 prank, but it was pretty damn good lol. But Todoroki backfired imo because of all the people who got banned xD Anyways, lerroux for me.
     
    2009 was really good, I remember being really confused.
    2012 was amazing, it was ridiculously well prepared, I saw through it but it was so funny seeing all these people freaking out over this supposed "Ruler" and I liked seeing the good (or not so good) acting skills of the mods, some of whom were very believable.
     
    2007 wasn't really an actual April Fool's prank. The prank that year was supposed to be "do nothing" because by then, everyone always expected an awesome prank. Ryotarou and I quit staff for real that day (didn't last long in my case), as did Dawson--but Dawson decided to move all the DCCs out of the DCC forum when he quit as his own sort of prank and we never did quite manage to find them all, so some might have been deleted. It wasn't really supposed to be the prank, though, so I'm not sure it should be listed.

    My favourite was 2008. I loved seeing people as staff and some people looked surprisingly good in their positions. XD; I also quite liked the Slowpoke one. Pranking the mods specifically last year by switching their forums around without telling them was fun, but enough people whined so much we didn't do anything this year and probably won't again. :( Boo. But 2008 wins overall because it wasn't malicious in any sort of way, nor did it make the forums impossible to navigate or enjoy that day. It was just fun.

    I didn't really like this year's because some of the acting on the Lerroux account was waaay too similar to actual arguments the hstaff used to have with the Site Admins way back when. Bad memories. XD
     
    2008 most definitely. Seeing everyone spazzing over being modded was really funny to me for some reason. Honestly.... that's the only April fools I remember. lmao. I didn't pay attention to the ones that came before, and I basically left the community after that one sooo yeah. ahah
     
    I've only been around since the '09 prank, and had I been here longer and more active around then, I probably would've enjoyed it a lot more just for the trollolol effect that I remember seeing everywhere. But, I gotta say, last year was my favorite. It was so fun watching the ragefest over the censor/word swap as well as seeing the Mods go nuts over the forums they modded. The Serebii skin was great, but those two trump it big time.

    Wish I'd been here for the one where everyone was "Modded." That from what I've been told from people who were here for that one sounds like it was great.
     
    09 and 10 are the only ones I remember, and while this year was incredible, it was a little too stressful for me, haha.
     
    I've only been in two, and honestly, I prefer last year's than this one. I was only here for around an hour this April Fool's Day, and it didn't hit me as well and as funny as last year's.
     
    I only got to see the last two pranks.

    My fave was 2011, which had some words changed for the day. April Fool's 2012 would rather be one I forget as I nearly threatened to leave PC.

    My favourite was the one in 2008. Forgetting about the date, I immediately went to congratulate my one and only PC friend I had at that time. After discovering that everyone including me became "moderators", I felt so embarrassed on what I'd done, hahaha.
     
    My favorites are 2008 (I was like 'what the?' when I saw everybody in the moderator color), 2009 ("Howcome everybody's named Todoroki now?"), and this year's prank (what a show, thought this was for real, very well executed.)
     
    I wish I had been around for '08, my brother said it was hilarious! But out of the ones I encountered, Lerroux was the best. Well played, guys.
