Okay Fabulous Stunfisk Rocket, I've already explained the Rules very clearly & for some reason NeonJelly13 is not understanding something so simple, even though he's been given two chances.

So as a penalty, ur Team (more specifically MariaB), cannot use ur Proxy for the next 2 Hours. Sorry guys, but I have to be strict with the Rules.

Also, NeonJelly's answer still doesn't count & he has to Answer yet again (again not edit, answer again).
