August is a bittersweet month. For one, it means one year since Ole left, but for two, it means 2 years since getting modded. Otherwise normally, July is my favourite and this month it wasn't really, saaad.

...I'm sure I got that definition right. It's close enough to what I mean!

It used to be about three months, or at least for me it was. But about 3 years ago, they shortened it. The last day of school was June 26, and the first day of next year is September 6. So that's just over two.

I always feel weird reading about seasonal holidays, since I'm living in the equatorial area. Holidays in the equatorial area = shorter but more even timings for holidays. Every quarter, no exceptions.
