Betty White was the first celebrity I had ever seen in person. I was being aloof and almost got trampled by the paparazzi following her. My teacher pulled me out of the way. Betty White gave me a smile and wave.

It was a 6th grade zoo field trip during the summer of 2012.

The name did not ring a bell at all, but the picture when I google it does. Pretty sure I've seen her in multiple movies, though I can't recall a movie title off the top of my head.
Anyway, RIP.

Granted, my sister and I originally agreed on not gifting each other stuff anymore (because of disappointments in the past). However, my mother won't have any of that. So my sister made some simple bookmarks and I did some simple origami folding for her.

And no, we're not celebrating. We actually haven't for years. So it's probably watching some movies until the time arrives. Followed by drinking some barely alcoholic drink when the new year starts. And then I'll probably go to bed.

Nothing so far and no calls except my "dad" at New Year, but I'm not too bothered about that, I'm more upset at not seeing anyone tbh. Life is unpredictable and so very short, you should see those you love while you can :)

To midnight, yes. But not much farther. I'm not really into staying up late...

Let's hope things change this year. Everyone could use some relief after two years. :(
And I'm very tired of all the conspiracy theories involving the pandemic...

On the topic of losing interest in food if they're served everyday, there's specific ones for me personally that I never tire from. Mcdonald's Burgers and fries are the best example. If it weren't so incredibly unhealthy, I literally wouldn't mind eating only that for like a year or two.

Chocolates used to not last 3 hours at my home lmao. I've controlled myself more nowadays though bcs overconsumption leads to painful canker sores on my tongue. I may be allergic to some degree.
