I just posted my first part. I also gave Emmett a bounty of $17 at the moment, as he has only fought with some drunkards and stole a mere handful of gold.

I already wrote this because I don't want to learn for my exams...
 
Finished the JP with Foxrally. We should have it up soon, albeit in parts.

Don't worry guys, I'm flattered that you both wanted to copy my idea you both have cool characters.

Between the Blazigord stuff and the puns, you guys are are gonna drive me into hiding. :)

I didn't know April fools just actived, and apparently it really fucks with css, so I was trying to fix things while there was nothing wrong :/ I got so confused. I even tried to fix some spelling errors I saw, I might've fucked things up...

I really don't like this aprils fools joke
 
Alright, I swear I just saw the name of the IC thread as "gatpowder".
 
Yeah, what I saw yesterday was apparently the April Fools joke, not Sonata showing his might.
 
It only appears as Gatpowder in my subscriptions but goes back to normal when I visit the thread itself o:
 
I just made a new post, and I got Emmett in some trouble, haha. I also gave some character to the pastor I assume Fairbell has. The small ranch Emmett ruined is supposed to be somewhere near there, and I kinda gave the church community the very religious wild west community mindset. Atleast the hardcore church go-ers that is. The whole church community is very protective of Agnes, as she is an a very frail and disarming girl. I don't know if anyone wants to use her in their adventures, haha.

Also, in Foxrally and Sonata's JP we met a steampunk-cyborg, so I was wondering, how steampunkish is this world exactly?
I was also wondering how much money is worth in this world, and how much cash a church community would be able to get together, so I can judge how big Emmetts bounty should be.

The Steampunk world is set in the exact same time zone as the wild west, and gimmepie has told me this is in the 18th century (although an alternate world). So anything that would go in a steampunk world should go in Gunpowder's. GP would be best to answer that though.

Also, money was pretty valuable in the wild west. For what Emmet just did (he's so idgaf-ish i love it), I'd say about 200$ (10 towsnfolk donate 20$, or 20 donate 10$)

In Gunpowder money is a bit more valuable than in the modern era. $100 can go a long way, bounties like Jedediah Rush's could keep a bounty hunter living comfortably for several years.

As for steampunkageness, this isn't really a steampunk RP. Steam engines are used to power trains and that's about it. Up north things are a bit more steam-oriented but in the south steam trains are about the limit. I just let Fox and Sonata get away with it because "rule of awesome".

As for bounty increases and church communities. You don't handle your bounty past the original number, it increases as I determine it should. Whilst the religious organisation is quite wealthy, the church itself possesses only a slightly comfortable amount of savings amassed from collections, events and donations. The community itself is generally quite poor as is the norm in the Barren Lands.
