My family gets together to do this pretty frequently. I'd estimate once or twice a month.

Never, and god I never hope to. I've eaten other bugs and despised the experience.

Have you ever been on a slide that goes outside of a building?

Unfortunately it's not a big story. I don't even remember what the bugs were. I just remember a friend insisting I tried them, and I had the whole "don't knock it till you try it" thought stuck in my head so I tried and... instantly felt like throwing up. I'm still surprised to this day that it was ever something I did...

Speaking of fun, a fun fact is that I actually asked this question because of a slide I saw in a video I watched today. It wasn't a very big slide and it unfortunately didn't go out of the building, but the group of people filming the video thought it did and wanted to try.

No, thankfully. Sounds like an awful time.

Yeah several times. I have stomach reflux now, so pizza has become something I only eat in moderation. If I binge on these days I'll probably get sick.

Have you ever submitted unfinished homework?
 
I... don't know the answer to this question but I'm willing to bet it's a no! I got a grade of 3% in a class in high school once because I barely showed up and only handed in one assignment the whole semester, so I'm willing to bet I just didn't do the homework instead of just handing it in unfinished.

Have you ever gone through a whole video game without remembering the names of any of the characters?
