I get flack for a lot of things.

Mainly it centers around my more serious nature and how it pops out a la Incredible Hulk when it concerns serious subjects. It generally scares the 💩 out of people because they're not expecting, a usually Sweet and relaxed, little old Melody to have such a passion! It isn't fun. I will tell you to take a hike if you get offended at my sudden passion when I provide a very strong opinion. Sometimes, wiser and weaker folks will just nope out when I hulk out. That's usually fine, though it is depressing. But at least then I see it and can chill out.

Sometimes people even misread me a bit and overestimate how seriously I'm taking something even if I'm dropping sarcasm tells in their laps. shrug. I can be quite intense when I care, but can be hard to really set off. Kinda like C4. You really have to be blasting digs at me before I go off though. I still burn pretty hot though. I am flammable. So sometimes intelligent people do try to avoid providing enough flame to ignite me, and we get along just fine!

Overall I'm fairly stable until you put me on fire or in explosions. ;P

Sometimes people think I'm a wimp who overreacts so badly and think my dedication has no point because it always goes uncredited. I used to also be looked down for my views on staff members, which I really did have an actual fear of from 2012-2014, but that fear was eventually overcome.

Basically, having autism made me feel like a target for anything.
