How many Random Full-Odds Shiny Pokémon have you found before?

Very few. About five that I can recall fall under the category of "random encounters". My random luck is terrible.

Most of my shiny collection were either chained (Let's Go Eeeve) or bred so deliberate but all three categories have always occurred with full odds. I don't believe I have ever owned a shiny charm in a canon game because I never fill my Pokedex and that's the general criteria in the canon games.

- Hypno in Generation 2, east of Vermillion City
- Tympole in Black, apparently near Pinwheel Forest.
- Alolan Raticate in Moon or Ultra Sun, before Mount Hokulani.
- Mankey in Moon, near Iki Town.

Came close with a Luvdisc too. Might have been on the second or third consecutive cast.

Updates with a shiny Helioptile in X. Had shinies on the mind while looking for a 5% encounter Pokemon. Decided to just progress and gave up. First encounter of the new area: shiny Helioptile. Brought it along for the rest of the playthrough, despite using a normal one before. Planned to get an Electric-type after progressing more anyways.

i think off the top of my head, maybe three. there was a shiny linoone i randomly stumbled upon in Ruby version, a shiny Tangela in Moon, and a shiny Zubat i also think in either Moon or Swsh... one of those. ofc none of those are interesting shinies at all lmao.

Off the top of my head shiny Pidgey in HeartGold that I did not catch, shiny Sandshrew in Alpha Saphire, shiny Psyduck in Sun, shiny Sinestea in Shield, and a shiny Wurmple in an emulated copy of Sapphire.

I actually came across two random shiny encounters in my life:

- FireRed: I seriously thought my game glitched when I encountered a shiny Weedle early in my run. I wasn't aware of the existence of shiny Pokémon at that time, so I thought it was a cute glitch. Kept it, evolved it, loved the color scheme and thought that, "Jeez, I really love this glitch." Started a new game without realizing or learning of what it really was.

- Emerald: After completing the main story, during my time collecting Pokémon for my Pokédex & trying to level up my Skarmory I encountered a Shiny Spinda. By then I knew of the existence of shiny Pokémon, so I was quick to snatch it up!

Never had one. My brother had a Shiny Pidgey spawn as his first encounter in Gold... before he had any Poké Balls...

Excluding Shinies found while grinding EVs, maybe 14-15? Not sure if my Porygon truly counts as random though since I was SRing (for nature, not Shininess).

There was also a Diglett in ORAS, but it's not possible to tell if it's full-odds since even first encounter DexNav Pokémon have a chance at getting a Shiny boost. And a "random" overworld Rockruff in SWSH, but I was hoping it would be Shiny before I encountered it, so I guess that technically makes it hunted?
