All the time. In fact I had to do it just now after reading about it...lol. I also crack my back by twisting in a chair but it's mostly my fingers and wrists.

i try not to do it unless my fingers are stiff and cracking them helps. same with cracking my neck since it tends to get stiff especially after sleeping in the wrong position.

I can crack my right hand more than my left but I can do both hands and my feet too. My feet in particular really disgust anyone who hears it lol. Just know that I and anyone who does this is likely in store for bad Arthritis later in life.
