if pokémon didn't have to evolve to get better stats

charmander. charmander is better than charizard anyway. dont @ me

also wartortle. that tail and coloring is just so good :B
ooh totodile too. would've liked if totodile evolved to something a lil' cuter than feraligatr.
teddiursa too for the same reason as totodile's.
 
I'm not sure, I love having something to work towards like evolution, but if I would keep a pokemon from evolving I would have to say off the top of my head Goldbat, , crobat seems a back step to me
 
a lot lol. petilil, braixen, quilava, combusken, oshawott, nidorina, nidorino, the list goes on. not that it's because i dislike the final stage in these cases, but sometimes the middle or beginning of the line is just more. gucci

Litwick, Vulpix and Sneasel. I'd definitely keep these Pokémon unevolved if they didn't need better stats to evolve...lol.
 
On Pokemon Yellow I beat the Elite Four with a Pikachu and Pikachu it will be.
 
If I ever do another walkthrough, I shall keep Dragonair, Dewott, Phanpy, Inkay, Goomy, Steenee, Grovyle, and/or Psyduck the way they are.

I did play through Crystal on my fourth round with an Onix last year. I do wish it's physical Attack was higher.
 
Bulbasaur. Nothing against Ivy or Venusaur of course, but it'd be nice to do a run with just the cute little thing without having to evolve it (without consequence, of course).

I'd also keep Zorua unevolved. I've never been the biggest fan of Zoroark anyway, so I'd preferably just keep Zorua the way it is and use it, too.
