Okay maybe I didn't mean it that way XD I often drink from water bottles as well throughout the day and water fountains as wellThat's not good at all; you seriously need more of it. :( As for me, I drink every time before eating something, as it takes most of my hunger away and makes me consume less and whatnot.
What's the deal with energy drinks? Are they really that bad for you?
I heard that if you drink excessive amounts (with that I mean really excessive) there then some chemical magic happens in your body and you might risk getting a heart attack...
Personally I drink one rarely, and if I do the side effects are eradication of any kind of feeling-tired-ness (ergo so sleep)
Hmm, interesting. I just ask this because I've recently been using Red Bull to keep myself awake at night as I've got loads of projects I'm currently working on. I usually drink about one a night, but if it's becoming too detrimental towards my health than I'm going to space it out more.
