I guess I'm just the only one here who doesn't care about the remakes at all :/

I don't really blame you. For the most part, it's just another way for a company to get some extra $$$ out of us.

I'm just sad because I browse PC by "new posts" and EVERYONE wants to post in the new section and I don't because we know literally nothing so I have to skip a ton of posts.

I mean I'm excited for it, and I will want to play it when it comes out, but I don't feel as hyped for it as I have for other games like HG/SS or even FR/LG. It might be because I don't quite like the actual region, which is why I'd prefer it to be a R/S sequel instead of an actual remake. Maybe then we can get less water in some areas making once hidden areas now accessible and not making you have to surf for 3/4 of the game.

Hmm for me, it's just I don't like Pokemon anymore. Since I've discovered other RPGs, I've found it to be pretty boring and overrated and I think it can't stand the comparison with good RPGs.

OMG GURL GET OUT NAO

I definitely don't like Pokemon as much as I did even a year ago but I still enjoy it from time to time.

I don't really play it much anymore but I still love it. I mean, it's Pokemon, I'll always love it. I just don't play anymore - but I probably will buy the new games.

Pokemon X and Y was really difficult for me to play. Most of the time I was like "where the heck am I going?" considering the region map is very confusing compared to other regions. I felt like I was more going through the motions with that game then the others; it lost it's "fun" appeal that I had with other games in my opinion.

That's exactly how I feel every time I play some new Pokémon game, haha. I still go ahead and do whatever I have to, because, well, it's fun; you're exploring, discovering new places, introducing yourself to never-before-seen features--it's all pretty exciting. n_n"

Nowadays with Pokémon I usually just play through the main game/plot once and then don't touch it again until the next time a game comes out. The only game since Gold that I actually spent a long time on was Diamond.

I like Pokémon but only in small doses once a year, pretty much.

I have never been able to get a hold of any console I can play Pokémon on, because I live in a magical land, under the name of Bulgaria. Emulators are my friends. :)

I am very lucky because I still have systems capable of playing all the old pokemon games, so I can totally go on a nostalgia run. Although occasionally I'll emulate if I want to do something like a randomizer or something.

I've been meaning to get a Gameboy Color for my GB and GBC games aha. I haven't played anything past HG/SS, but I've been thinking about getting B/W, B2/W2 since my sister is giving me her 3DS and X.

I still have my first one! I was considering buying some games for it because I only have like...two obscure titles for it, but they're all so expensive. Not worth it.

I wish I still had my old game boy pocket...it was a lime green see through one my grandparents got me for Christmas. They wrapped it in a box for a thermos so it totally psyched me out haha!

I've got quite a couple of retro consoles that I've got pokemon for, I just hope I can get a copy of Pokemon Red, Blue or Yellow for my Game Boy Yellow since I think I'll have a lot of fun playing those games.

I also have the Pokemon TGC that I play on my GBA SP but hardly anybody talks about that game ahaha |D
