I don't understand how people do this. I go to Starbucks maybe once every few months and every time I'm there you basically have to pry my eftpos card from my shaking hands. Give me one good reason a drink should cost seven dollars...

I don't drink very often at all but I enjoy almond or coconut milk with a splash of disaronno/ amaretto with ice and maybe a sprinkle of nutmeg. Tastes delicious!

All of a sudden I went from working late daytime shifts to like 7am shifts. Someone please help.

I'd rather do early than late shifts. If you have to go to work later in the day it just feels like the whole day is wasted, though waking super early is icky too. That icky feeling goes away quick once I'm actually out of the house though haha

I was working my first early morning on New Years Day of all days and I loved it.
I got home at 1pm and it was lovely. Plus early in the morning we actually have the amount of staff that we should for the amount of customers we were getting, unlike mid-to-late afternoons where we're understaffed.

I always prefer early shifts(which is almost always what I work now). Mid day shifts were by far the worst because you had no time before or after work to do anything. Sorta felt like working the entire day. So glad at my current job I really don't have those since it's a job at a flower shop that closes mid afternoon.

I would rather work early shifts. It's simple really- if you work a shift like 11-7, you leave around 10, and get home around 8. That's virtually no time for fun in the morning, and by the time you get home, it's super late and bed is already on your mind. At least this is my personal experience lol

I know, getting up early freaking sucks. Especially if its before 8am. But morning tiredness is easy to shake off, within two hours max, some sugar and excitement, you'll be back to normal. And then, you get off at 4-5! You have a whole nice evening to relax! Morning shifts are the best.

since i work 8-9 hours a day I prefer to start early than late. Especially since morning shifts allow you to start up a bit slower than if you were to work around 1PM
