I always use the treadmill at the gym, it's less dangerous.

The treadmill cannot give that feeling of power...

I used to go to a gym before that had an escalator thing but functioned like a treadmill. You could adjust the speed and it would give feedback on how many steps you climbed in a certain amount of time. In the wall above it there was even a record list of how many steps someone climbed, and some people managed to climb HUNDREDS of them. I could barely make it to 50 or so!
 
The walking and cycling during daily work life is enough exercise to keep me from gaining weight at least :coolcat:
So I guess if I had taken up this job like 10 years earlier, I wouldn't be overweight.... 🤔
 
Lunch isn't necessary if you make up for it with your other meals either. I do it 5 days a week every work day. :coolcat:

I guess it depends on what you do during the day.
If I were to skip breakfast on a work day I'd severely lack energy and if the work day is long enough I won't even be able to finish it.
Yet during the weekend I always reverse it and skip breakfast.
Guess humans only need 2 meals a day.

I can't function without 3 meals :(
 
I pretty much just eat extra during breakfast and dinner on workdays to compensate for skipping lunch =P
My work is outside and I just consider bringing lunch along inconvenient.
