Last One to Post Wins! v4

It really should be. At least the 'playing games with others' part. I get charging for the VC rental stuff, but not everyone wants or cares about that stuff.

NSO isn't as bad as certain other consoles' online stuff, but yeah... I'm not big on it myself.
Iirc Home has a free box you can use, but that only matters for moving stuff between Switch games. Need the paid version if you want to import stuff from older games.

What are you all talking about... Don't we use the Link Cable anymore? :O

Maybe they'll start charging for the updates as well...

I agree with Megan, Alex and Lav that NSO should be free, it's one thing if they charge for the retro games; but there's no good reason Switch online should cost money when 3DS / Wii U online was free, and NSO is roughly the same quality those were.

I don't really play any of the Mario games. I used to, but I've more gotten into the habit of just playing Pokémon games, so all of my Nintendo Switch games are Pokémon.

I only play PC games :)
Pokémon on PC, when? 🙃

I've flipped on emulators recently, I used to not like them much; but the convenience of my PC essentially being the ultimate game station has gotten a lot more appealing to me after having had consoles break and games get lost. It's also a huge money saver. tbh the only reason I still have game consoles is because my laptop is ancient and can't emulate anything past ~PS1 to an acceptable quality.

I enjoy me a good emu every now and again. Not one to use them too often, but for specific circumstances they're awesome.

Not American so we don't celebrate Thanksgiving, but I can still really appreciate this hilarious scene from the movie The Addams Family Values.
