Last One to Post Wins! v4

Air conditioner broke at work today lucky mine shift ended like 10 mins after!

I've kind of lost interest in the Final Fantasy franchise.
i not do Final Fantasy too i dunno where to start in series anyways.

I bought a Final Fantasy game years ago back when I had a PlayStation 2 and played it, I don't remember which one it was. It was pretty good, although I couldn't get past this one point and stopped playing it. A similar thing happened when I played the first God Of War- got to the fight with the Hydra and couldn't do whatever needed to be done to defeat him. I looked up how to do it, but still couldn't figure out how to get the combo-attack thing to work. Ach...

Never tried Minecraft at all ^^"

I have never tried an MMO either ^^"

If you get into either, I hope you enjoy them! I think they're both things with learning curves so having people to help you out with how to do what really helps. I remember being completely clueless with Minecraft when I started cause I didn't know any crafting recipes or anything.

I remember in Runescape they had this one map (some wilds-like place or something) area that sometimes had these creatures- I think they were called 'Revenants'- that would attack you and 99% of the time kill you. That was not fun, especially since every time you died in Runscape along with the item loss part you also got teleported back to the beginning town where you start the game. They didn't even have taxis and etc. (like in The Old Republic) so you could quickly travel to different areas- you had to go everywhere on foot. Not my idea of a fun game.

If I'm ever playing something and I feel like I just lost a substantial amount of progress, it definitely hurts and even if I thoroughly enjoy the game, it can take some time to get back up and keep moving sometimes.

I've kind of lost interest in the Final Fantasy franchise. There used to be a time when I played those games a lot.

I think that's understandable, Final Fantasy now isn't what it was back when it started. The shift in terms of gameplay with FF16 is something that doesn't really make me interested in playing it, but I've found a lot of joy in the earlier titles because I enjoy simple well-made turn-based JRPGs. I've played other games that are very similar to my favourite FF games, so I see them less as different versions of the same franchise and more just different games completely disconnected in a lot of aspects. I'd compare FF14 closer to Xenoblade Chronicles 1 than I would FF5, which I'd compare closer to Bravely Default.
Though I'm also a bit spoiled, coming into the series so late.

In terms of where to start, there's no like, correct answer? What I've usually done is just looked up one of them, maybe watched a video or two on it, and then decided from what information that gave me whether or not it sounded like something I'd enjoy playing. The fact that all of them have different unique aspects to them or sometimes just play differently means you've got a lot of options and can be spoiled for choice on what sounds interesting to you. I started with 14, then played 5, then 13 and its trilogy, then 1, 4, and 2.

I've only played FF12, 13 and 13-2. Loved all of them, but I didn't finish FF12 (not sure why, I think I was stuck in a spaceship (???)). I'm still waiting for a good price on Steam sales.

The first two God of War are two of my favourite games :O
I didn't think there was any issue with the Hydra (besides being the only boss you'll see for 6-7 hours).

I've spent too much time on League of Legends, so I no longer want to play any "black-hole" games. I no longer want to give my life to only one game, like MMO's and Minecraft.

For some reason I remembered that time I tried to play Ratchet and Clank on the PS4 but never finished because I was stuck in a part that you were on a spaceship and had to shoot enemy spaceships but for some reason I never managed to progress? Anyways, now I doubt I'll ever be able to beat it because my PS4 just stopped working right one day and still now I haven't fixed it.

They're all independent from each other. I started with FF6 and it's still my favorite.
I have a love hate relationship with Final Fantasy.
That's my relationship with the Tales games. ^^"
I like two of them, don't like 3 of them and one I'm not too sure about. Although, I am currently tempted to pick up Zestiria again!

I randomly dug into Tuff bricks in Minecraft while restocking my Deepslate and dug up to see if it was a new structure... got an Advancement for entering a Trial chamber.
Looked dangerous so I ducked out again =P

Also found a random dungeon not far beyond it... and a Geode in the other direction. This mountain just keeps giving me things to explore. I never even finished exploring the Mineshaft I found a while ago (it kept going into caves as well as a Stronghold).

It was the point where you were using Kratos' weapons to slam the Hydra's head into the mast (or something like that). Maybe it was just my copy of the game or something.

Ah nice... I finished of my permanent cow and sheep pen and tore down the temp ones. I then bred them for a while and slaughtered half the cows for Leather for Books and Bookshelves.
Then went and finished off my enchanting setup... rolled Silk Touch (and Unbreaking 3) on the first diamond pick I enchanted (visible enchantment was Efficiency 4) so I can now make and use Ender Chests... then I enchanted about 8-9 books before rolling Fortune 3 onto one of them. Used my remaining diamonds to make a second Diamond pick... came with Unbreaking 3 as the visible enchantment and with Efficiency 4 added. And I slapped Fortune 3 onto it with the book.
Now I can go mine all the diamonds I uncovered but never touched... let the duping begin! :fufu:

Wouldn't be surprised if I can't find half of them lmao

That reminds me of Crew Skills in Star Wars: The Old Republic. I've never really gotten seriously into them- you can have three, and it sounds like way too much boring grinding to work on crafting things. I usually just choose Archaeology, Scavenging and Slicing because there are several Veteran flashpoint missions with shortcuts you can use if you have the needed Crew Skill.

Apparently, if you focus on crafting it tends to be the main thing you focus on- that doesn't sound very appealing to me.

I have just received a parcel. It's been a while since delivery happened properly, every time they lose my parcel, my parcel gets stuck in some administrative stuff, or they deliver it somewhere else >_<

Hi it's me Cosmega documenting my first time getting sick in 2025!

God help me.

I also got myself sick! A sickness shared is a sickness halved. Or whatever they say nowadays.
Mine's just a sore throat but it's been annoying and been sticking around throughout the entire week. Lost some blood, weakened my immune system, and been dealing with this the past few days.
