幻のポケモン means 'Mythic Pokemon'.

That's not a bad thing at all. Considering how gen 6 turned out, along with the fact that these are the 20th anniversary titles, SM should feature a lot of content.

I could actually confirm it myself. There's a section id that says "Mega". If anybody doesn't believe it, go to here and use inspect element
 
I'm really surprised that Meowth was actually a real distribution, even if the method was wrong (serial code, not at World's, which made more sense anyway). It seems super random to distribute a Meowth like this... so maybe it's more than a lucky guess?

I think that the Ash-Greninja reveal at Worlds is pretty likely, given that they revealed a new Pokemon before and that they have a lot of important Pokemon people there, like Masuda. It would be perfect, especially with the fact they're encouraging everyone to watch their stream.
 
If Ash Greninja isn't revealed today at worlds, I don't think it will happen at all. If not Ash Greninja I'm hoping for a Mega or maybe an Alolan form.

Is that really a fair way to well if he's the game or not? I mean, there's no usual reveal date for these kind of things.
 
I'm hearing that Serebii teased something on twitter regarding the closing ceremony of the championships. He did it before with Crabrawler, so it's assumed we're getting another reveal today.
 
I don't think we'll get Ash-greninja, I don't know why I just feel like it would be out of place in the games. As for the Meowth distribution, I guess that's just to do with it's Alolan form being announced sorta recently.
 
It is possibly that the Meowth could be based on the protagonist's mother in Alola. I mean it is one pokemon that has been showed a lot. So it was probably a lucky guess. I think the worlds are close to being over if not already. Serebii has already listed the champions.
 
Yep, Worlds is over, and nothing else was revealed.

Edit: Lol, I guess Serebii really was expecting something during the closing ceremony, because on the main page it has Sun and Moon with an unfinished sentence containing, "During the closing ceremony,". XD

Yeah, I'd say the Rainbow-Greninja leak is officially deded at this point.

At least we got two new Pokemon along with the English names for Sandygast, Palossand, and Stufful. I'm kinda relieved that Rainbow Greninja wasn't announced, never liked the idea in the first place!
