Learn or Forget?

Forget(despicable stat-building move)

Haze?

Nooo! NEVER would I EVER learn a move that required me to make my Pokemon unhappy. First and foremost why be a jerk to the friends who risk their lives to defend you? Second it makes it harder to enjoy the game. Leveling up or winning a major battle against a gym leader or elite four is problematic because your Pokemon are made happy by this. Frustration goes against training itself, things like reseting an ev with a berry or giving them a vitamin to improve their stats will raise happiness. Even walking with your Pokemon helps you bond. You have to go out of your way to thwart your Pokemon from being happy, pouring gross food down their throat nonstop, do nothing ever nice like a massage or haircut and drop them from your roster as soon as possible, God forbid they might start liking your company.

To make a long story short, forget it!

Roar?

Keep : sadly it has negative priority like whirlwind and
unlike haze, circle throw and clear smog. If your fellow
cannot learn any of those, roar is the last resort if you
wish to get rid of despicable stat-buildings(or faint trying...
which is the most likely possibility due to the priority).

[PokeCommunity.com] Learn or Forget?
?

Forget. By the time you get Dive, you already have surf, which is stronger. It's a physical move in later gens, but it's still not as good as waterfall because dive can't cause flinching. It's also only useful when fighting the AI because most people use it as a free turn to switch.

Cross Poison?

Even though two turn attacks are easily countered in PVP matches, I'd still take Solar Beam, as it has been been one of the most powerful Grass type moves in the first three generations.

Fake Out? Oops, that one was just a few posts above. Erm, let's see now...
What about Karate Chop?
