1. I want to ask whether this limits the design to the art provided. For example, Silver has art from GSC but has his remake art featured. If I like his GSC design, am I allowed to consider it instead? Same goes for Blue, and whether I might like his FRLG design more than his featured RBY design.

1. Would say to interpret that however you wish. Presumably based most answers on the art provided.

2. Specified "design". Probably falls under art for most people...but who knows? Cannot discount the possibility of personality coloring opinions of someone's looks.

3. Similar to the other answers, think as overarching or narrowly as you wish.

4. Intended design of the ball itself. But again, who knows what other factors people may consider?
