Do you use any kind of air fresheners? Do you prefer candles, incense or spray stuff like air wick/glade? What are some of your favorite scents? Do you change what scents you use in your house based on the seasons such as using pumpkin or cinnamon in the colder months and fresh rain or flowery scents in the spring?

I have a vanilla candle in my room! I never light it as it is already super strong as it is but if I feel like my room has a weird smell or something I will let it burn for a bit. I also tend to spray fabric refresher on my bed and curtains to give them a relaxing scent.

man I remember I had a bacon scented car freshener. it was just a gag gift but I thought what the hell, might as well see what it's all about. It was super pungent and smelled more like ham, and for the next month whenever I got in my car it would smell like uncooked bacon. super unsettling

Not on any sort of regular basis. I used to light candles around here, but then I lost my lighter (guess it got thrown out and I didn't realize it), finally got a new lighter this year but I haven't used candles at all since then because I didn't know how my cat would react to them. Although maybe I'll light one right now since I've been reminded of them. It's an apple and acai berry scented candle, it ought to be good. :3

But other than that I've just been using "frosted pine"-scented Febreze at times as needed, and that's nice because I feel like it's not as overpowering as some scents. Or at least not as strong as the lavender vanilla scented bottle we had before then, whew.

Not sure what my favorite scents are, although I tend to prefer fruity ones. Taking a look at some of the other candles I have left: orange vanilla, caribbean escape (smells like pineapple/coconut), fresh linen...okay, one of these things is not like the other, apparently, but the linen scent is pretty good as well.

(Although if I could get one that smelled like oranges and cloves I would be all over that. I absolutely love that scent combo, it makes me nostalgic.)

Oh. That's not the questionI was expecting.

I do have a lot of candles!! The scents I love are the fall and winter's one, like campfire, wood, apple cider, burned marshmallow, sugar, leafs... oh and Maple Sirup, love this one!

I don't really like the spring/summer scents, like flowers and stuff like that.

I have a peculiar love for scented candles. Yankee candles, namely. They make some really nice ones and whatever smells like Christmas is amazing.

Man I haven't burnt a candle in years. I think I still have a few.

These days I usually use one of those plugin oil warmer things in my room. It's usually fruity or lavender vanilla.

I also keep some spray around if I need to do the carpet or furniture. I think I'm out though... and it's usually fruit or lavender vanilla. I'm pretty predictable. :p

I don't light candles or let people smoke in my room because I have a pet guinea pig, but I love the smell of cinnamon candles. It reminds me of when I was a child, my mother would always use that type of scented candles.

My mom uses Scentsy stuff. She has this little thing that melts this wax. It makes the rooms smell sooo good. I do use air fresheners, but I think the reason why shouldn't be mentioned. :P We have this candle wax stuff that smells like Acadia in Maine. It brings back so many memories for us and makes us miss still living there.

    I love candles. ^_^"

My all-time favorite has got to be "Forest Walk" in the Yankee candles, though I haven't seen it in years, so maybe they stopped making that one. Other mainstays are the traditional cinnamon holiday candle, lavender and chamomile, ocean spray, et cetera. One thing that might be a bit weird, though, is that vanilla candles just don't work for me. Not only are they ridiculously strong, most of them hit that sickly sweet point that makes it smell like the Pillsbury Dough Boy moved in.

Yes we do use air fresheners at home, our bathroom has one of those Glade Sense & Spray dispensers although I admit I often had trouble smelling the fragrances from it.
