Honestly, my pick may be Mewtwo? I really like its pretty, glistening eyes in the anime, and it just looks really slick and cool. Feels a bit weird to type that lol but Mewtwo has always been really awesome.

I know it's not what people usually think of as handsome, since it's often considered a feminine Pokemon despite its 50/50 gender ratio, but I'm going to say Gardevoir. It looks really cool, and I've trained three of them so far. (All males, coincidentally)

Mewtwo's anime portrayal is honestly far better than how it comes off in-game. You really get a sense for how powerful / dangerous it is in eg Detective Pikachu or the 1st movie, whereas it looks kinda underwhelming and plain compared to a lot of the legends that came after it in the actual games.

To answer the question: I'd say it's a 3-way tie between Lucario, Gallade and Empoleon.
