naps

i can't personally since it ruins my sleep schedule

That's the same for me. It ruins my routine as well. I usually just wait until nightfall to sleep. Then, I'm even more tired by then.

I gotta say if I'm under any kind of weather other than from the clouds I try to sleep it off, but I'm also really lazy to begin with. I love sleep. I hope you're well!

If I do it in the middle of the day I don't have any issues sleeping at night. If I do it later in the evening the by all means I will not sleep that night at all lmao.

meanwhile in my case if i sleep anytime after 11am it leaves me feeling groggy and sore. wish i could be the person who enjoys naps without it messing with me physically, and especially without it messing up my sleep schedule haha. would rather be exhausted all day than rested but sore w/ a headache from napping =(

When needed!
I get migraines so I have to have to have all the lights off and just lay down.

Been taking more naps recently as I get exhausted easily nowadays and it helps to take a 1 hr nap to refresh before doing more work etc. Also I always unintentionally fall asleep for like 3 - 4 hrs after dinner when I tell myself I'll have a 5 min nap on the couch... yea not the best idea :D But naps are great

I associate naps with the child protagonists of Enid Blyton and old people, and I don't want to be associated with the associations. I duck the shadow, in other words. Clearer yet, I don't nap. I sleep far too long as it is, and if sleep itself was not a necessity then I'd probably duck that too. I could cram in more Star Wars and 80's nostalgia, that way.

Besides, it's absurdly difficult to fall asleep outside of scheduled hours! Unless it's a long hot car ride, of course, because they're the world's best sedatives.

I have a sleep schedule that I'm comfortable with, so even if I could nap, I wouldn't. It'd wreck my sleeping patterns and, honestly, it's a waste of time to me. I get at least 6 hours a night and that's enough for me. If I'm tired I just need to slow down and relax a bit, not waste my time napping.
