Lucario has good offensive stats with a solid movepool. Because of this, it's even better to use than my favourite (in singles at least).
It's nice to see Glaceon evolve from Eevee with an Ice Stone compared to obtaining one from leveling it up near an Icy Rock, which tends to be in a later area of the game.
