It has the IGN watermark, I'm pretty sure that's legit.

Judging by the URL its name appears to be Pyroar and by Jove does it look DEVINE.

Shame I already picked Fennekin as my Fire-type member on my team...I think I may be re-considering that notion now.

Seems as though IGN dun goofed and quickly took the photos down. But at least these were taken beforehand.

It does look real.. but eh.. I was hoping they would stray away from a generic lion, and stick with something like a manticore/chimera. Was hoping for a more menacing look, at the very least. It's not bad, though. I can imagine its mega evolution being what I wanted, so it's win-win.
 
So these were on IGN's site? Cause I can't find them anywhere. If this is legit, I'm really liking it. I was hoping something more manticore like, but this is cool too. I'm waiting for official confirmation/reveal until going crazy, but I'm already loving it.

Serebii has the images as well. They have it marked as needing official word, but this is a really elaborate fake if it is fake. I'm not very disappointed in it.

So...how do I pick between Fennekin and Litleo?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

Also, the orange in the main spells "Fire" in Japanese. I mean, I can't believe how much I want one of these.
I am anticipating that the Litleo line will be EXTREMELY popular among the fanbase.

Why pick at all? Get your Fennekin, Catch a Litleo, Download the Torchic, get Charmander from Sycamore and burn everything in your path!
 
Although we have to wait until official confirmation of this new Pokemon, this looks way too legit to be fake. Hell, it came from IGN image assets on the games (possibly review copies).

It's literally one of the newer Pokemon I automatically taken a liking towards. Like wow. It's just that awesome looking to me.
 
Chespin... oh dear... I can only hope that the final evolution looks cool, but its 1st evolution just looks really derpy.

That being said Pyroar and Froakie 1st evo look pretty awesome. Fennekin 1st evo does not look like what I'd anticipated whatsoever, but hey, I like it.
 
X and Y is looking like a great generation for Fire Pokemon!
With Team Flare, Pyroar, Talonflame etc. there's no shortage
of cool Fire types. This makes up for the abominable wasteland
that was Gen 4. Fire types.
 
I didn't see Pyroar until a few minutes ago. Serebii says they do not know if it is legit yet or not, but I assume IGN wouldn't have it up if it was a fake.

If it is real, which I am about 90% sure, I am a little bit disappointed. It's face looks a bit... odd I guess, but I will get over it. I still love having a Lion pokemon. I am pretty sure there will be a difference between a Male and Female Pyroar though.

This is also my first time seeing it.

I want it to be real...it looks cool.

Those are exactly my thoughts as well. I was actually hoping for Fennekin to go bipedal because of that exact reason. If it was quadrupedal AND Fire/Psychic (Ninetales is notorious for being able to use Psychic type moves, even though its pure Fire), it would be too much like Ninetales in my book.

I felt the same way. Thus far the only other bipedal fox is Zoroark but she's dark type which differs the two.
 
The new cat pokemon(meowstick?) is the first cat pokemon design that I like, on the other hand-I don't like the poodle pokemon, seems to be to gimmiky...

And I will probably keep the tradition of using fossil pokemon on the first run, those seems like a great ones and I have alot of expectations for the T-rex!

I'm sure that the poodle is our gimmick Pokemon like Ditto, Castform, Luvdisc, Chatot, and Deerling
 
The poodle is not a gimmick; it's a gimme right now!

Also, I doubt the Pyroar image is fake especially given the two angles of the screen shot, the clarity, similarity to GF style, among other factors. It seems like the image was taken from a gameplay trailer. I would expect one very soon!

EDIT: I lied, now there are three angles!
