Oh well, I've been to the hospital with my dad too today, he had a surgery on his knee. Everything's okay he'll be out tomorrow. :)
 
That's good news! Mine gets his CT scan once the dang doctor calls >_>
 
I never thought we'd come to this... the new ROM Hacking mods being appointed through applications instead of the higher-ups choosing based on contribution.
 
"I never thought we'd come to this" implies an application system is bad. I don't see a problem. The higher ups are ones who will ultimately have to sort through them all so I don't see why it would matter to anyone on the ground level...

with all due respect,

no.

this is nothing wrong with mods being chosen through the application.

instead of higher staff themselves coming through forums and making educated guesses as to who would be most fit for a position, interested parties instead come forward to HQ. this actually makes HQ's job of finding people who care easier.

in real life, you apply for jobs and you apply for promotions, i fail to see why this would be any different in the slightest

im sad because there's really not much to eat in the fridge

i honestly cant wait until i get my first paycheck because im tired of being broke all the time

Pretty much yes

Not that I really pay attention to sections I don't visit, but in general I don't see any interest in whatever happens around the staff positions. Good for them, but they're still people

I don't think there ever were mod promotions through applications tho?
 
I don't like veggies kek.
 
I eat vegetables sometimes. But potatoes > vegetables.
