We need to add a warning to the DCC "Do not enter if hungry" ;(

I am always 10 times more hungry after reading posts here

Welp I managed to curb some of my hunger by eating a few popsicles which for some reason I am addicted to lately...o.o

Also for some reason it is telling me popsicles isn't a word.... Either spell check is out of the loop or I have been fooled my entire life about that word.

Paddle pop is either an icecream I've forgotten about or something dirty. This shits gettin weird.

I don't think I've had a popsicle in at least 2 years O_O

Someone wanna let me know what a Popsicle is? O_O I'm English, live in Germany (to add to the German conspiracy) and have no idea what anything American actually is.

Popsicles are like known under so many different names. But they are a nice chilling treat to cool you down on hot days, and here where I am we tend to consume them a lot in the summer months.

You always need a little color, as they say.

Anyways, I'm not sure if anyone heard about it but here in Sydney where I am we have been having such scary weather today... extreme violent wind and torrential downpouring, in fact I've heard that it could be the area's worst wild weather conditions since 2002, literally 13 years ago. There has been power outages everywhere (in fact some hospitals here had to resort to their reserve power generators), public transport interrupted, a cruise ship being forced to turn away from Sydney Harbour... and three elderly people even died. It was literally that scary.

I really should not have gone out today... but my mother never listens and then she heard the weather did mess up and I ended up doing absolutely nothing activity-wise.

That's pretty scary. I remember when back home we had some extreme weather. Trees fell down everything was disrupted... Not school though! I still had to go in for lessons as normal >__>

And that's a Popsicle? To me, that's an ice-pole, ice lolly and so on. I always thought it was some America-only treat lmao

I wasn't here in NC while the folks here enjoyed the last hurricane. I was in Colorado watching the mountains burn the past two summers with those fires. :3

which were tbh a lot more fun than those hurricanes. We got hella more news coverage and basically got to see an entire fire-borne weather system over our city.

You can stare at the sun when the smoke blows your way. Makes you feel like you're in a movie or something, because it's blood orange and small.

Isn't it still dangerous to stare at the sun even when something's covering it? One of my professors told me that when I asked him was it safe to stare at it during an eclipse.
